Not called 15 minutes in advance, as indicated. Not called !? Customer service indicated that the delivery also rang at my neighbors, but they have not heard anything. Then I called 10 minutes later if he could come back, but that was no longer possible. Then scheduled on the next day, but received an email that evening that it was not going to work.
