What a joke of a delivery service. Make an appointment to deliver my package between 13:00 and 16:00 and then at 12:30 a message to send that they were at 13:00 at the door and there was no one at home. Then the customer service called, after a quarter of an hour to put on hold, it appears that the deliverer due to 'personal circumstances' the route can not drive. (Apparently, they only leave 30 minutes in advance). I did my work so that I could be present but Reviva did not offer any alternatives apart from making a new appointment. Absolutely cunt company
