Delivery canceled twice already! So twice my evening kept free for nothing.
The first time was the excuse that the delivery person had canceled due to personal circumstances. Well that can happen (still bad that they have no reserve), so I made an appointment.
The second time I was told that they had not received my order yet ?! It was already two weeks ago that I had ordered my telephone. Why do they only find out on the day that my order had not arrived? And why wasn't I told this the first time? Now I seem to have to wait until I was called back to make an appointment, so I lost another evening. Really an embarrassing display. I recommend everyone just buy your phone at a store if you love your free time, because this amateur company only makes you feel bad (and not a phone).
Save yourself the trouble of getting a story at the customer service '. Standard> 10 people for you in the queue and + - 1 hour wait before you are answered. That queue also makes no sense, since I have been put back several times from place 7 in the queue to place 10.
Bah Bah, I wish I could give negative stars.
