Really helpful people. I found a wounded puppy on the highway and got it here. They treated it immediately and guided me to take care of it for few days and provided me with the medication. Thank you ResQ team

I am very happy and surprised too, these people are awsome and really owns a helping attitude towards animals, I took there help to resque a cat which was stuck on 4 th floor, as soon i posted the condition and pic of that cat, they responded within a minute by a call back and they came to site very soon, for those people who are not getting contact numbers i want to say please go to there website and post the situation and ur contact details there , they responds very quickly I experienced it personally or ask justdual, i am very grateful to their team for the help, and i hope they will continue these good work, god bless u resQ team pune.

They might be good but my experience isn't good enough. If they won't answer the call or call back, how will they reach in time?

Great initiative to breed the rescued animals. I was flattered by the way they take care of the animals there. Treating someone like your family and me calling them animals is not going to be good on my part. I appreciate the steps taken by the RESQ charitable trust.

There is no facility for dog pickup near PCMC area as they are short of funds and necessary staff. dog pick up facility apart from resq as of is still not available in pcmc area thats very shameful.

Such a great and active team who don't even charge a single penny for stray dogs because of these nice people all dogs are living peacefully. A great thanks to the team and appreciation, you people are doing such a great work. Everyone please give donation to this place to avoid any hassle of medical care. We knows that a thanks is not enough for the service and saving these poor souls. Very polite, professional and great team. A big salute. Keep rock :)

Great place that takes care of the innocent wounded orphan animals, being a NGO doing a great job. Need to have more branches of RESQ in other parts of pune city to take care of rest of the animals.

I just called them for enquiry for one small homless Street puppy shelter they said we have only animal hospital .i ask him he knows any other animal help centre to help puppy for shelter and they cut call rudely.they don't provide any information.

They are a god sent group of people, if you need help with injured animals, u can take thr animal to them for treatment. With there help, the scope for animals being saved amd helped increases so much!

Doctors are very nice and helpful. Right now they need more funding so they can accommodate many more animals. Make a generous donation to this place. They are doing this great work, kudos to the organisation.Visit and check out this place. Plus if any roadside animal is in bad condition, then do call this place. They can pick up the animal if feasible or you can take the animal and get it treated here and if condition is worst then they admit the animal too. Hats of the people associated with this organisation.

I have reported multiple cases of dog injuries none of them were attended. I was taking my pup for skin issues for more than 2 months and still they were not able to diagnose and treat, later I consultated a private doctor online and he cured his disease, within 2 weeks. I had a major incident in my area where a rabid dog attacked all doggos in my area including 17 puppies. I called then to visit and take them into their shelter, the guy on phone denied stating they can't and I have to bring them . That too I did. Later they informed me all died except 2 which they released back to my place declaring them healthy. Surprisingly all were covered in fleas and ticks, not eating, lethargic and sadly they died too within 2-3 days. I'm really surprised. As a NGO they've lost my trust completely. I'm not recommending them again to anyone again. Never ever

On a Sunday when no NGO was responding to help an injured dog, these people showed up all the way from Bhugaon, Pune which is around 15kms away from the accident location. Great work!

Within an hour ur people's arrived and take that Buffalo for better treatment from Hinjawadi.

It is great for "INJURED/HOMELESS" (literary homeless) animals, they don't take any other animals,
They treat animals very well, they have a variety of animal ( small-> large ), but they have become more and more professional, they used to be genuinely generous to enthusiastic visitors and a tour was given to every visiting person...but now they want you to request them by writing a mail to them for a tour. The rescue staff is good, Doctor are good... caretakers/volunteers are also good, but receptionist are bad...rude and least bothered.

Had taken a stray cat to RESQ Pune. They did everything they could to treat him. An XRay was done and the cat was given medication. He is recovering well. They didn't take a dime for the treatment. Very organised and hardworking they all seemed.

We had called them to rescue a cat who was on the tree for almost 20 hrs.... they responded immediately and rescued it.

I worked here for a while as a volunteer. You d think that you would be afraid of the animals there but the majority of them are actually quite friendly. Highly recommended to visit, contribute, or just help out with activities over there.

I brought in an injured stray kitten here. The doctor was quick to admit her take the x-ray and do the rest of the procedure. A charitable trust that helps injured animals, what a noble cause. Great team great job! Keep it up. And people, please understand that it is not an animal shelter.

These guys are genuine and true to their work n mission.They were just a call away. I saw a 6-7months old stray who had big cut on his leg and his bones were visible through it.I was looking for some rescue centre which could help that poor puppy and I came across RESQ chartitable trust.I was not sure they will help but just gave it a try and these guys were so helpful they came all the way from Bavdhan to Vishrantwadi and helped that injured pup at no cost.They cured this pup like magic.This is a late post after a year almost and that pup is a full grown dog now.All thanks to RESQ team.

We have found a Spotted owlet but they gave no information after collecting it from us.
They even denied to give any detail about it.

This place is maintained at the highest possible standards across anywhere is Pune for an NGO. The facility is equipped with providing care to a multitude of animals of all shapes and sizes. I've promptly received help from the ResQ Team on almost all occasions.

The care and treatment that they provide is beyond words to do justice...wish there were more centres with such high standards of morale.

Unless you visit, you won't understand the noble work these people are doing. Volunteering here even for a day is like visiting 100 temples

They deal with the animals in the most professional and friendly manner possible. They have a dedicated OPD for treatment of animals. There is separate shades, isolation for different animals. In summer they provide cooler so that animals are comfortable. I took my cat there when she was badly infected and I had spent thousands in treatment to vets. There they took proper care of her. Though she remain admitted for over 2 months, but she was back to best health. It's really commendable that they treat all these stray animals free of cost. For pets the charge is very minimal. One fifth of what it will cost outside. In case you are reading this review to determine if you should take your pet there, a big YES. Forget that it will cost less, infact go there for the best treatment.

The team is doing a great job of helping stray animals in need of medical assistance and ensuring they are not neglected just because they are not human beings. ResQ team is very friendly and welcoming to all animals and they make them feel warm and loved while they are at the center for recovery. They deserve a better support of the people for their efforts and great work.

Money mind people there is no proper equipment for diagnostic unfriendly staff nor proper treatment n care is taken of pets Doctor r too unfriendly not well qualified They only make money for d innocent animals in time of emergencies

One of the best charitable trust in the area, I came there from around 17km admitted my dog Lucy, hope she'll be fine.

Number not reachable when required. When animal is injured we need immediate help but we end up dialing their numbers. CAN U PLS GIVE THE RIGHT NUMBERS TO CALL. !!! Website portal gets no response. Loosing hope from this organization. PLS UPDATE IF ANY CHANGE IN YR NUMBERS!!

This is my first experience with RESQ, as a cat had some kind of infected injury on his leg, then I did call to RESQ and told them that a cat at my home needs your help to heal his injured leg, the injured part was covering his leg, so they asked me to visit their website and fill the form, so I did, then within 2 hours their ambulance came to my premises and they have taken that cat with them, as injury was not minor, and they told me they will return this Cat after all necessary treatment gets completed, so after 2 weeks I did visit to RESQ Centre to see how that cat is feeling and there at RESQ Centre I had a Precious Moment with that cat as he still remembered me and he was feeling better with RESQ's treatment on his injured leg, that feeling was so great for me, even if that cat is not my PET still he loves me as I also love him, while having lovely time that cat after two weeks when I was leaving that cat was not allowing me to leave....

Now I am Eagerly waiting for that cat to be returned to my home... :-)

Careless people. From morning i was calling this team they have their phone switched off and the street dog was suffering from unbearable pain. Also text on whatsapp, sent videos of the street dog. They dont bother even. What you i expect more from this team. Please dont waste time to call these people.

Had found 4 kittens with their mom(stray). Called resq but no response. Another day and one kitten was shivering with cold. Called resq again but it said their phone is switched off... Me and my friends somehow managed to bring it to my home even though I wasn't allowed to...

A really good place with too good people who take care of all the animals in need with lots of love and a very homely environment. Keep up the good work .

One suggestion: some pleople stay very far and it is not possible to visit your place Everytime to get the updtes....so plz try to provide updates on call.
