If you don't want to help, why do you unnecessarily waste our time. When one of tour team member callled me and couldn't find locations the words he used were 'humaare pass itna time nahi hai ki dhundte baithe, busy hai' and such a humiliating response. I could sue you all for your fraud promises on the name of social services. We have local hospitals still seeing your reviews i preferred trusting you all. Won't recommend anyone. Wasted my whole day and the cat is also critical.

A NGO for Street animals to get a treatment in any kind emergency situation for an animal

Always ready to help any animal that is brought to their door. The facility is clean, has top of the line equipment and the biggest gems are the Doctors and supporting staff who are extremely courteous, accommodating and professional.

So prompt in response and selfless work. A friend of mine had sent a tumour dog on February which was difficult to catch n no one would treat him. But resq did the needful. The dog is now fully cured and was released back .

Not provided any help and died after suffering for days, I called around times but not helped, may be they helped only for making vedios and posted on you tube, owner of buffolw was also very careless but resq team was also no different.

Highly professional people. Felt overwhelmed looking at the way they love and treat animals.

Very noble work being done. I took an injured stray dog at midnight. They immediately took him in.

Whenever called, they never helped or guided constructively. Very disappointed!

I took a stray puppy who had met with an accident to them after proper registration of report. The promptness and dedication to serve poor animals is immense. Thank you so much for such a good care u give to animals.

An amazing refuge for injured animals. No shelter here. Just a hospital. So they don't take in healthy animals...

This is a sanctuary for injured and abandoned animals. Vets and volunteers take care of animals till they are adopted.

Im not even in mood of giving half star to this organization. I have found 2 kittens its not possible me to take care of them so i asked them to give them shelter and they refused......by saying that they dont provide shelters for those abandon animals.

They don't care about animals.I called them and they said me admissions are fulled. We can't help you. That cat was seriously enjured. I have never sow such cruel peoples. They would be shamed while calling themselves as animal helper

A very warm place where animals are treated like humans. Perhaps one of the very few animal helplines in Pune. They treat many animals including cats, dogs, cows, horses, elephants, etc. If you ever find an animal in distress, make sure you call them.

No need to rate this place.
This place is an heaven for all the animals with everyone at the place being so dedicated and hardworking for the animals.
This place takes care of all the animals who are hurt, in desperate need of medical attention.
I would request all the people to donate your time or money whichever you can can and in whatever form suitable and needed by the animals at this place.

I love what they do here. They are amazing and have so much love for the animals. The dogs are kept mostly in open areas for them to roam around and feel free. They're willing to help anytime of the day. I want to give 5 stars but the times I've been there, only the front desk people are not very welcoming. They give you attitude and dirty looks. Everyone else was so happy and joyful !!

People are doing great work. Everyone should visit this place at least once. Every animal lover will love this place and will love to volunteering for them.

For day care treatment OPD it is good. But over the past few months I have observed that strays who are admitted for minor reasons viz gastro beginning, some hurt from a fall or fight etc. do NOT come back alive. Specifically noticed in case of rescued strays cats and dogs alike. I wonder what the problem is ... Is something fishy going on. Concerned authorities please look into it.

The rescue teams are doing a wonderful job.

One of the best animal shelters in Pune. The staff is highly qualified and very passionate about the work they do. Definitely recommend visiting on Sundays to know more about volunteering.

I am satisfied, but wherever I see injered animal that time I need your help. How can I Conact u and expect emmedait action because the animal suffer less and get medical help

The ResQ volunteers are truly dedicated to helping rescue injured, ill, or otherwise compromised animals. I was very impressed when an injured cat found her way into our community center to seek shelter in her time of need.

When we noticed the cat, I filled out the necessary information online... and 5 minutes later a volunteer called. She came and took the cat to the ResQ compound, where the medical team cared for her over the next week. All for free. Unfortunately, infection had set in to the extent that the cat didn't live. But I was so grateful at their attempt that I made an unsolicited donation to help their fine work.

They're pretty amazing, they pick up the call and follow through with it!

I happened to visit my Bro in law who just informed me he is in RESQ.I had zero knowledge about RESQ. (He is a vet with 14 years of experience FYI.) While he was doing his job, my husband , my lil one and I took a stroll and what touched me personally about this place is the structured approach that they choose to take care of every little thing. Believe me , they know what they are doing. I was fortunate enough to meet the person who manages RESQ and she is passionate about helping animals. I loved the hospitality shown by everyone who work here right from the cook to the surgeon. I had just come to meet my Bro in law and in turn I took rich experience with me which will stay with me forever . Cheers to entire crew who takes care ,especially the distressed animals!
