Very quick response team. I had brought a injured cat who was named Prince. Due to severe head injury he didn't survive but the quick treatment provided by the doctor's and volunteer's was overwhelming. You guys are doing a great work.

These kind of Trusts are difficult to find these days. A very nice initiative. Just fill the online form, wait for a call back, provide details and they will get back to you at earliest. Really appreciate the job they have done so far. Believe me a best place to get help for stray dogs and cats. They do Provide medical assistance for cows, horses, elephants, Pigs and many more.

I am in love with this place, I rescued one dog who caught up in the accident near my college, they cured the hernia and his leg injury.. I am so happy to have him in my life now.

I have visited RESQ Charitable Trust for the first time.
I found a almost 1 month puppy behind aur society. Somebody broke her backbone and threw her in bushes. I found her and took to my home. I concerned with one government veterinary doc but he said he don't have required things to do her(Puppy) treatment. Then I started contacting NGOs by googling. Everybody gave me excuses but RESQ Charitable Trust said bring her to us. So I immediately reached out to them with puppy. They took x-ray of her and found the rid is damaged. They admitted her immediately for further treatment.

I'm retracting my original 4 star review because they killed my cat. I took my cat to these guys following a minor wound he sustained. Initially there was good progress and the cat's health went from -2 to +2. Later we were asked to take him back however before we could go back to get him he was no more. We received a call that the cat developed sudden illness and died which was later buried without our consent. They even deleted the case without giving any explanation whatsoever. We were hurt and the ResQ folks didn't even care to return our calls. I regret taking my cat here. Do not risk an animal's life by taking them here and handing them over to novice interns who treat them like guinea pigs.

This is is place where you can take any injured, sick, weak, animal. They take care of them. You can be volunteer there. They have Operation theater as well for serious injury, and perfect home for animal.

Really helpful people, everything is really formally handled.

My cat died within a day here.
He was critical so they did not even put an efforts to save him.
When i admitted him. Doctor said he is moving and next day she called and said he is no more.
And you cant even see him.
He was a stray cat but i used to feed him.
Resq dont put efforts on critical cases.
I wish i could have taken to a private vet.
But someone suggested resq.

great work is done by ResQ guys. they treat injured animals wirh all dedication. they love them like a family member. if you ever find a animal in distress ,you can call them. Do visit this place.

At the reception there is either a boy or a girl. Boy is always very polite and welcoming. The girl needs to really learn some manners. She is not at all well behaved. Very rough in her tone and mannerisms. Even on phone she asks 100 questions..it becomes very irritating. I strongly suggest she be assigned to some other job in the organization.

Very very unhappy with the team. We called them twice on two different occasions but both the times they ignored. ( Once they even made false promises of coming). They ask you to send pictures and videos and then they stop reading, replying to your msgs. There's a 1 month old stray pup who has developed a huge tumor in the belly overnight. Doesn't look like it will survive. Yet, we called RESQ to help save him, but they plain and simply ignored! All they care about is their fb posts and marketing gimmicks. But in reality have no good experience to share. Had i been an expert on the issue i would have cured him myself. I had really thought of making a good donation to them but now after seeing their true colours (not once but twice) i am not paying a penny to them. How would you feel Resq if you had an ailing family member nearly dying at home but no doctor attends him? Especially after promising you that they will come? Dont you at least have the courtesy to say that "sorry! Our beds are full, we really cant help right now?!"

The Administration is very slow . most times one is clueless of who needs to be talked with . But A Good Place For Animals.

Very dedicated NGO for animal's cause. Personally had been visiting them when one street dog got injured and her leg had to be amputed. They took good care for three months and returned the dog when wounds were healed.

They are not doing good job not for animals atleast I regret giving donation there they went private now and not helping the individual volunteer

about 15 days back i got a puppy to Resq late in the evening , who had been hit by a car.she was unable to support herself as her hind legs seem to have lost all the strength or sensation.she was attended to immediately by two attendants followed by a veterinary doctor.x -ray was taken , necessary medication was given, and i was told that her spine has been compressed at a particular place.as they had no room to admit her , i was told to take the puppy to its location and was promised that Resq team will attend to her daily and provide her the medication and treatment needed.i did as i was told.they kept their promise !!!.the puppy was attended and given medication daily and as the result she is able to walk now.....i am so so so very grateful to the Resq team.THANK YOU SO MUCH.U SAVED HER LIFE.....

It's a blessing for street dogs as they take sick dogs and accident caseof all animals.They also rescue animals from being abuced owners .They rescue animals which have thier head stuck in jars or stuck on trees or buildings where it's most difficult to rescue

The stray cat in our neighborhood was shivering and in lot of pain, the cat was given the necessary treatment, her progress was given diligently. Its a very nice and a sincere organisation.

They sent quick help on the location after registering a request to treat the dog seen in the picture.

Amazing place that takes care of all types of animals that need to be rescued or even need a home. They could be a bit better funded for an NGO so all the help they could get would be awesome. We recently adopted a 3yr old puppy from there who was an abandoned case and now he has a forever home.

Great charitable institution. We saw a stray male cat with a deep neck wound in severe septic state. Ming was admitted to ResQ by us. ResQ members took care of him in excellent manner, wound healed under their care. He was also sterilized. We brought him back and left him in his natural habitat. ResQ hats off. No need to go to temple. THIS IS The TEMPLE!.

They charge fees for your pets and send a mail to you that you gave donation to the resq.

It's a charitable trust and organisation. And absolutely caring people in this organisation. Be it doctor or anyone. Doctors are extremely responsible and they take equal importance to a stray as well as a pet.

So highly recommend.

Not AT ALL money centric.
But animal care centric.

Besides all the scenic beauty the Trust is located, the place is a heaven for the abandoned, injured, hopeless animals which the human uses for their own enjoyment and entertainment, thrown away after their uses like a garbage without bothering that they are also having pains and emotions. By understanding this cruelty of the human being, the ResQ Charitable Trust is the organization run by a group of people showing that it is best to being human than human being.
May God bless this trust for showing mercy and giving love to this animals which humans not even bothers. Let many people joins it and make the people aware of the pain and emotions are also related to animals.

Decent animal shelter. But disappointed to see so many animals suffering in the summer heat. The least people there can do is plant more trees. They don't really sense how the animals are suffering, some of the people just do what they are told. Wasn't happy with this at all.

Very well organized institution. The people working here are compassionate and competent. They do care!

Amazing selfless work for the injured, homeless & abandoned animals of Pune.

An happening NGO with love and passion for animals.
They contribute to a range of animal rescues, sheltering them and also rehabilitation.

Good place to visit for the one who loves animals and they want to help. I have been with our company team to see the place and to meet different animals. It's a rehabilitation center for animals who need support and medication. If you find any animal who needs help please call on their rehabilitation center. They will come and take them without any charges. Please be human and help those who need our support.

They are more of hospital and not rescue shelter. I took one puppy from road but they refused to keep it saying it is rescue hospital for injured dogs and not for healthy dogs.

In a nutshell call them or take an injured dog to them and they will take care of it.

If you have any orphan puppies or newly born puppies then don't take them there. They adviced me to keep the puppy in same road.

Compassion and passion can create wonders! This is what ResQ demonstrates. Hygienic and humane treatment and care for all animals including digs, cats, horses, goats (bambi!), pigs and birds! And the founder lady had been away to rescue an elephant!
"We will not buy a pet Papa, we will adopt one from here", said my 7 yr old daughter as we left after a heart-warming tour given by the vet on duty!

I was happy during my earlier visits. Today's visit left me heartbroken. It seems they have moved from their main motive of animal rescue to being a commercial clinic. Maybe if you're regular for eg if you visit them 2-3 times a year they stop respecting you. I had taken a shivering limping wet stray dog all the way from MG road. I didn't go empty handed took brand new bedsheets, blankets, dog food as per my budget. They did their best but apparently it wasn't good enough. They gave me free medicines did not charge me a rupee but how will I feed the stray dog liquids and tablets three times a day?! That too in- between my office timing? Inspite of many requests they couldn't take him in because they cited "space issues". A very sick quiet little dog can ofcourse be adjusted. But if they function according to their mood and wish then what can we say! They said he has fever but were ready to leave him on the streets, but not give shelter for 2 nights in this huge huge facility. It just brought me to tears! They were quick to recommend other labs outside for tests saying they don't have someone who can take the samples! With these many in-house animals how can no blood report be possible? I would have to run around and visit the lab and obviously also pay a huge amount to the lab!
Would blindly recommend them to people who find stray kittens/dogs/puppies earlier, now I am not so sure. Quality has degraded beyond belief! I couldn't believe I was at Resq!
Who will take injured animals to them if they leave everything up to us? We take them there, we get test done, we drop them back and we give them food and medicines? What if the stray dog bites me while giving medicines?

There was puppy near my house who got stuck by accident and wanted help.I called this organization but they told me they don't keep animals and you need to take them back with you after its treated.

If anyone interested in adopting this puppy please message me.I took him to doctor and he is getting treated.

The service is good and they treat animals very well in details,but they charge money for non homeless animals only,no charge for homeless animals rather than everything is good.

I worked with few animal welfare organizations before but I want to say ResQ is little different. Its completely private funded organization. I have seen them taking care of injured animals like family member. I would definitely like to help and request you to join.

A very genuine and loving place for rescued animals. I had recently admitted an injured cat from my society premises and the ResQ team took good care of him for almost 15 days until he was recovered completely. The premises are clean, the doctors and care takers are really doing this for their love towards these animals. I will surely support ResQ as much as I can. Thanks team!

A very nice place for the car and rehab of rescued and abandoned animals. They're very well cared for. The staff and volunteers are genuinely committed to the well being of these animals.
