I have reported multiple cases of dog injuries none of them were attended. I was taking my pup for skin issues for more than 2 months and still they were not able to diagnose and treat, later I consultated a private doctor online and he cured his disease, within 2 weeks. I had a major incident in my area where a rabid dog attacked all doggos in my area including 17 puppies. I called then to visit and take them into their shelter, the guy on phone denied stating they can't and I have to bring them . That too I did. Later they informed me all died except 2 which they released back to my place declaring them healthy. Surprisingly all were covered in fleas and ticks, not eating, lethargic and sadly they died too within 2-3 days. I'm really surprised. As a NGO they've lost my trust completely. I'm not recommending them again to anyone again. Never ever
