I bought my 12x12 building from River City flooring in Mountain Home, Ar. It took a month to get here but I'm very satisfied.
The setup team and delivery driver were awesome. They got the building where I wanted it.

Made payment arrangements to catch up in the pandemic world we are in and then they let out my service dog and yanked the building away with much damage to property and registered service cat still in building thought they graciously let me get my stuff after they took it ALL MY BELONGING WERE DAMAGED!! Graceland takes pride in what they build and sell. I really like the treated floor system. This company also has great sales on discounted and repo buildings so quality is affordable. The buildings are tied down as part of the price. Definitely recommend this company.

Fraudulent warranty! We purchased a shed 3 yrs ago. You can even call the business directly and their hold messages promise top quality craftsmenship. We told them the day we bought it that we were purchasing this to pay floor, put walls, heating and air, and create an apartment type space for my son. We were reassured and sold on the quality promised and the guarantee of it they stood by with their warranty. Since buying the building for $10,000 cash 3 yrs ago, we have had two leaking doors everytime it rains for 3 straight yrs. we have utilized the warranty each time. After the 4th or 5th time of having them try and fix it (we were promised a FIX not an attempt at a fix) we said we wanted our money back. We cannot lay floor over wet floor to be ruined. The entire operation has been halted for three whole YEARS waiting on this promised fixed. We were told to give them one more chance by completely replacing the inward swinging doors with outward swinging doors. If they did not fix it, they promised they would discuss with me a possible refund or partial refund. Even a 50% refund would allow us to have a porch made. At this point however, a 50% refund keeps me connected to a crooked company. They replaced the doors and the next rain came and it was still leaking. We took pictures each time of course. So I called in about the promised conversation about a refund. I was transferred to a lady who took my number and would call me back, and I never heard from her. In the mean time they were sending out (same repair man each time) the repair man to fix it for the 5th ish time. So he did, well I just went out there and it s a soggy soaking wet mess again. This will be the SECOND time since what they called their last resort by replacing the doors. They basically told me if that didn t fix it nothing would. So I have a 10,000 box in my yard. Even the mattresses we placed out there are now ruined from the leaking doors and had to be thrown away. I m unable to use it. I called again today and they wanted to come fix it even tho they told me they had done everything they can. These floors in my opinion need to be replaced now by the doors if they re going to keep it leaking. I didn t pay for floors exposed to rain for 3 solid yrs. I asked again anout a refund and was told because the building is as old as it is, they can t do anything about it. Well, it s only as old as it is because they kept telling me they d fix it. I ve been kind and patient for 3 YRS! If they can t stand by their written warranty statement to fix and REPAIR (not bandaid) the issue of THEIR building THEY built, the I deserve a refund! When you buy a car and the engine blows each time it s replaced, you get another car under a warranty or a refund. It s called a lemon at some point. They re refuse to work with me.

Graceland Buildings was one of the best decisions my wife and I could have made to purchase. The pricing was, substantially, lower then all the other competitors out there. Not impressed. Very slow bills before your building is set and then don't deliver when it's convenient for the buyer. Not been happy. Also bill is high than what contract reads.

This is a general review of Graceland as a company. We bought our shed and cabin in WA, but I want to share my experience where most people can find reviews:

We bought a shed and cabin from Graceland. Each one needed some repairs, which Graceland promised to do when we were purchasing our buildings. The whole repair process seems like a fraud. They will keep redirecting you until you are fed up and give up.

I filled out the required forms within a few days of delivery. Nobody called in a week, so I followed up and was ultimately directed to 5+ people over 6 weeks. They all promised to find me the right person but never did. I ended up getting in touch with a supposed Graceland contractor. He scheduled a time to repair my cabin. The day before and day of the repair, he did not answer my calls. Sure enough, he did not show up. He called the next day to come by, but he knew I was not available then.

Ultimately a huge headache and waste of time. Because of their false promises, I will not buy again from Graceland.

Waste of time and money 12*16 $9,127.00 never received building with in 30 days no one ever said the builder only work Monday thur Friday I do not recommend this business. Told them don't want it keep the money. Don't waste your time purchasing from this company.

I am receiving an invoice for a paid in full building. I have called the number listed on the invoice countless times and never received a return phone call. After literally 20-25 attempts, I finally spoke to the accounts receivable person who told me she had called me back but for some inexplicable reason, never left a message. We went round and round about the issue. Even though I have a sales order and proof of payment, they continue to insist I didn't pay the proper amount. This is my second Graceland Building. The first purchase was without problems. I had intended to purchase a third and possibly fourth one.....after this experience, they will never get another cent of my money.

I guess I'm lucky. I bought my building 3 weeks ago (off the lot, paid cash) and was told it would be delivered in 7-10 days. Well, it wasn't, but we had a boat load of rain and I understand that, you have to give and take, folks. Anyway, it dried out this week and guess what, I got my building today. I can't remember the young man's name that set it up, but he was very professional, friendly and did a great job! Again, I guess I'm lucky, but I'll take it.

Absolutely awful. Was told 2-3 weeks. After over a month I called wondering what is going on. Was told they haven't even started building it yet. Asked for a refund and said I am going else where. I was told I'll let them know and got hung up on. I have a good feeling they not going to refund me, as I have seen other reviews complain about months going by with no refund. Avoid this company, their customer service is aweful and service even worse.

Paid $4800 cash for a building that was on the lot. The building is already built and ready to deliver, I'm not waiting on assembly. Over a month later I still haven't gotten it, and consistently have trouble getting in touch with anyone. Now it's the holiday season and all my dealer can tell me(the only person I can get in touch with) is that since it's the holidays it may take longer than normal. However, it wasn't holidays when I bought it and holiday season doesn't exempt you from returning calls for weeks. Do you just take all of November - February off?

I needed this building for storage in time for me to move 80 miles to a new home and now I'm having to pay extra for off-site storage. If I thought I'd actually get a refund in any kind of timely matter I would just pay to have one built on the property, because somehow that would have been significantly faster than a prebuilt.

Graceland buildings are the best built in the market! Good, long lasting, sturdy buildings that you can tell have been constructed with care and pride. G buildings are handsome buildings and have a high stance of class. I always know someone done their research when shopping the market when I find a G labeled building. I have found that their prices are very reasonable (you do get what you pay for). I, too, am planning to purchase one of these finest in the market buildings as well. I know that my purchase will be well worth my dollar. I look forward to the ease of the process and proudly having my own G labeled building sitting on my property.

I purchased a building then decided to cancel my order the next day. I was suppose to receive my refund in 4-8 weeks and it hasn't been sent to me yet! I called and they were suppose to rush my refund and it has still never came. I am assuming a lawsuit is in order to receive my money. I can also see that others may be interested in this lawsuit as well.

I couldn't give no stars. This is one of the worst companies out there. First off we was told the building would be delivered in 21 days, the price per month of the building we wanted was 490.58, as soon as we handed the salesman my debit card he said oh the payment is 540, I don't know what I did, I guess I didn't click off the box so it didn't add it to your price. I decided to go ahead with my purchase. Then I was told the building would be delivered right before Christmas. I called to ask about getting the door to be a left hand swing, was told it would be an additional 50.00..Then to find out the building takes 21 "business "days and wouldn't be delivered until the middle of January. So I just cancelled the order the next day. Was told it takes 72 hours for a refund, here it is 5 days later and still nothing. The company said it will be another 2 days for my refund.. Please do your research before purchasing from this company.

Absolutely horrible experience! Do Not Purchase From Express!! I purchased my shed and was told to give them about a week to receive a call for delivery, 2 weeks pass so I call get it all set up finally. Well the day it s supposed to be here the driver calls at 4pm to tell me he wouldn t be able to make it. So I had to reschedule again another 2 weeks pass. I get the shed finally. The delivery man was extremely rude! He lost the screen that went to my window told me that wasn t his deal! Also when placing the shed he messed up a lot of the wood and we just recently had a big storm come through and I noticed the entire back wall was leaking from where he lifted the back end and just drug it across our concrete slab. For the price I paid for this shed I could have gotten a lot nicer and cleaner one and by cleaner I forgot to mention the shed was and still is infested with ant. I have an exterminator that s currently helping me get it under control. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I just bought a 10 by 12 lofted barn. It took 2 weeks to get here but I understand they was busy. They done a good job setting it up but took to long to get here.

I researched several local dealers, and found out quickly you couldn't beat the prices and quality of Graceland Buildings! I have since purchased 3!!

I would give them zero stars but I had to give one to write the review. My experience with Graceland was awful. On October 15th I called and paid to have my building moved to my new home I was told that I would receive a call from the company that does the moving of the buildings, after one week no call. After not receiving a call to move my building I was given the phone number of the moving company and was told they re behind in moves due to recent employee turnovers. After a month and numerous conversations with the office I was told I would receive a call on November 26 or 27th to schedule the move, I didn t receive a call in from the office but did on Thursday from the guy that WAS suppose to move my building. He said he said he would call the next day to move the building. He didn t call by the end of Friday so I called him, he said other people are a priority since they ve been waiting 60 days for their building to be moved. He said he would move it on Saturday, I wasn t available Saturday and it was going to rain. Here it is December and my building is still at my former address, I love paying for a building I can t use!!!

Bought my shed a year ago nails are rusting Out roof is leaking almost takes 2 months for a installer to get out here this is the worst company I have ever dealt with also made multiple payments and they lost them could not identify where the payment was worst company ever

The buildings are everything that they advertise. The delivery man was awesome at his job. I am so pleased with this purchase. I looked at at least six other companies but I'm so glad I chose Graceland.

Highest quality buildings. Not necessarily the cheapest, but the best. Best warranty. Best customer service. The delivery is on time and very courteous. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great storage shed.

Beautiful outbuildings with a variety of floor plans!

I need 2 more buildings for my other properties, but because of the delivery process I will not be purchasing them from Graceland. The delivery process was a nightmare!! Was put off for weeks, the building was not put in the correct place (which was not their fault) they told my husband they could move the building for 250.00 if needed, but failed to tell him they would not tie it down again. When I got home and seen where the building was placed I was disappointed. My husband assured me they would come and move it. It took them almost 6 weeks to get the building moved. Don't buy from Graceland is the best tip I can give you all!!!

I have been a Graceland Portable Buildings dealer for 9 yrs and also a owner of one. I read the reviews and am very surprised at what I read. They have been a great product since day one and I'm proud to back them up. Unfortunately sometimes there are issues but my region always is there in a timely manner to fix the problem. As far as the rent to own, yeah that's truly where they make their money but if you pay it off sooner then you save.

I am in the market for a building that I can turn into a) a man cave or b) a finished dwelling in which I can place visiting in laws. However, after reading these reviews, this company has just lost a cash paying customer. And before management replies with These unfortunate reviews do not reflect our commitment, passion and pride in our products. let me say that the reviews were perhaps only 30% in deciding to avoid this company. 70% was the response from the company to the reviews that made me say no way. Almost every response states contact corporate customer service via email . When a customer calls with an issue, that first call should be routed to customer service, a little chatting and boom problem solved. Does anyone else find the fact that only a select group of people can respond to complaints? And via email??(oops we never received an email). So, thank you management for never accepting responsibility and psssing the buck, you ve made my choices of companies shorter by one! (And to the guy who had his bldg repoed, load up all the trash they left and take it to their corporate office and dump it on their lawn. My neighbor s dog used to poop in my yard and I d throw it back into his yard, Well, that didn t work, so last August I started scooping up the doo, and throwing it the open sunroof of his Honda, I haven t seen any dog waste in my yard since September. Just a suggestion.) if anyone else is being threatened by repo, next time they call you should say may I suggest you email my customer service department . The pill is always a bit more bitter to swallow when their own words come back to bite them in the rear.

I would not recommend this company for this reason. I signed a contract and noticed that my bill amount that I was paying was higher than what my contract amount was. I contacted the company to find out why I am being billed a higher price when it turns out that there was a second contract with my signature, (at a higher amount) that I did not sign. The guy from legal told me he would look into it and call me back. After that he completely changed, he never called me back, would not return my calls, and was totally disrespectful and unprofessional. I was treated like I did something wrong and I had not, just wanted answers. Its unsettling to know that someone had signed your name on a legal document. I had to insist to talk to the CEO before I was able to get any answers. I agreed for them to pick up my building and return all my money. It broke my heart to give up my building but I no longer trusted this company and had no respect for the way they handled the entire situation. That is why I would not recommend this company. If they would have just been caring, honest, and respectful about this situation, this would have been a totally different review.

Terrible Customer Service!!!! The plans I was sent from Graceland Sheds showed that our shed required to be tied down (or bolted down) to its skids. When our shed was delivered they set it up as quickly as possible and never attached tie downs. Our city officials came out to inspect the shed and gave us a violation and fined us because it wasn't installed properly. So I called the delivery company who then directed me to call Corporate who said it would be an extra $225 to have my shed installed with the tie downs. We were told our shed would be installed according to the plans they had given us which says tie downs are required. I talked to so many people at the corporate office who were just very unwilling to help and said I just need to spend the extra $225...I finally got so upset at their lack of any help I ended up on the phone with a supervisor who literally said nor did anything to help or fix my situation. Don't buy a shed from Graceland Sheds...there are so many other places you can buy sheds from.

I love the quality of my Graceland building. It is very well made and was delivered just like I was promised. Can't wait to fill it up with all my stuff!

Worst costumer service ever ..Been waiting for 2 weeks for our building still not here .

Zero stars. Worst company I have ever dealt with. If you live in Washington I would not do business with them. They tell your building will be installed in 7 - 10 business days, but its more like 3 weeks. They will send someone out after dark to install your shed, destroy your lawn, set your shed up in a not safe manner and when you call to get it fixed due to their mistakes will try and charge you a $250 fee. The funny thing is the guy who installed the shed tipped over and broke his machine before completely finishing the job. We had no option to get anything fixed at the time of installation because the machine broke, but now they want to charge us to come fix his mistake.

I had my shed installed on Oct 18, and called the following Tuesday to get it fixed, as of 11/14/18 it still not fixed and I cant use the dang thing and I am about to pay yet another month of a storage unit fee because they have not fixed my shed.

You call corporate and are told it will get fixed, but then you get routed back to the local manager of the manufacturing plant who is absolutely worthless and could care less about righting their companies mistakes. Not to mention it took 2 weeks and me reaching out again to the company to get the ball rolling, only to get the run around again.

Its been almost a month since this shed has been installed and I continue to get the run around with the local manager. If you want to spend countless hours dealing with a shady local manager and company then go right a head a do business with them.

I will be calling corporate (4th call in two weeks, only 1 call has been returned). Lets see how much more of my time I can waste on the worse purchase and company I have every dealt with....

I love our storage. We are about to get another one. Great people. Only thing is you can't find works on Saturdays...
