ResQ Charitable Trust Review

I have really bad experience about the ResQ centre. They don't take good care of the pets when you leave them over ResQ centre. I personally visited the place with a small puppy with his broken leg they said it will take 4-5 weeks to recover they didn't even plastered his leg. And the puppy died in 10 days. After a week I wanted to check how's the puppy recovering but they didn't allowed me to see him after 3 weeks I visited again and the said your puppy is dead 5 days ago. They don't even care or bother calling you and inform about your pets. I would never visit this place again. I'll manage myself spending own money by taking street dogs or cats to veterinary

A great place. They do the best rescue work. It feels proud to see the hard work and dedication of these people. Yes, I support Resq and you can also make donations or adopt pets to tame. In case , you see an animal meets with an accident, you can approach these guys, something will be done. -proud animal lover

I love this place & people working here , they are Angels , I wish them all the very best & will try my best to do whatever it takes to help the stray dogs ND this trust long live the helpful's

Didn't get much time to spend. But for whatever time i was there, i loved it. Hats off to the people taking care. Would definitely love to volunteer sometime.

I have called them to report a case a few times dropped messages on whatsapp no one reverted.

They help animals from road. You can adopt animals from this trust. They provide animal rescue service.

Had a great experience with RESQ very easy procedure for sending request about animals rescue or rehabilitation or medical assistance. In our locality I saw dog injured on legs and another one having some kind of skin deceased I sent photos of both with address and name now treatment is going on one of the dogs wound is too deep but cz of RESQ doctor it's healing day by day. Very happy to see him recoving, DOC comes daily with the all equiped van and do the needful.Over all gret experience. Great work may God bless you all RESQ TEAM . THANKS ALOT

I visited RESQ last week and was very impressed with the way they treat and take care of animals. The co-ordinator gave us a splendid tour around the shelter, introduced us to different animals in there and gave a basic overview about tasks involved in animal Care. Cheers to the NGO for doing such awesome work! \m/

I went on my b day with my cousin who is a volunteer and i love dogs there were so well fed and loved salute to resq!

Awesome place and perfect home for abandoned animals

I called them to rescue a pup which was injured in an accident and almost broke his pelvic part...it wasnt even able to walk or stand.. so when i called them, their phone was unavailable... even then i tried for 2-3 times... and all the times i called them, their phone was out of range...and finally the pup died..!!

I asked for help.... There was one dog who need it but RESQ Refuses to help that dog by giving me fullish reason that "we have capacity of 250 dogs now there is no space for one more dog "

Non profitable trust,good people with caring parents for animals,from there you can adopt any animal as you like,also you can donate any thing......

This was my first experience with resQ, and i am so happy to say, that they are the best. Fast service. With love and affection towards the animals.

The only good hospital and shelter for injured animals

Ppl if u find any animal in a bad condition plz call resq..dey treat dem in a very gud way.

Best place for animal rescue. I rescued 4 kittens by now here. They are very good & professional individuals & love to help animals in pune. I try to contribute to them as charity & when possible

A very good place for the strays to get treatment and for recovery. Good staff members and most importantly, they are very caring for the strays.

I am really happy people with a big heart like them do exist. The place is quite far but I think it's worth all that free treatment for strays . Surrounded by the rescued furry friends. It just does make you feel good. I had taken a puppy from my colony there as it had fractured it's hand. They told us what to do. And didn't take a single penny. Where in this world which looks into quantity will you find these qualities. Let's help them with there beautiful initiative by donating some money for the organization.

Being a Charitable trust for animals, they were not ready to accommodate injured street kitten barely of 2 months. Medication was provided but weren't ready to take care of lil one. Its quite disappointing that even a charitable trust refuses to take care of paralyzed animals, whom should we approach then.

I have called RESQ Charitable Trust to resq a little kitten and they come to my building as soon as possible from long distance.

Place to find committed humans who are correcting wrongs done by others to fellow earthlings.

Never on time, and they don't respond to requests quickly.

One time I called them for help ..but they made excuses and denied my request and bcz of delay the dog was died..

Its really a great place for animals and if anything happens to your pet or animal just come to this place it has great facilities..
Just one thing it really far but its worth it..

Went there with a sick cat, they admitted her for treatment.

Any time you call them for help, which i did to rescue 8 stray dog 1 week old puppies bcz their mother died in road accident. They replied they don't rescue strays, they have room for strays.
These are not rescuers, these are breeders. Check before donations.

Becuase it helps and heals rescued animals and finds them homes

It's one of the best animal rescue and rehabilitation facilities of India. The people are really loving towards the animals and the animals are kept in proper sanitary conditions, fed and nurtured well. Really proud of having such dedicated and loving people towards animals in India.

Best places to spend time with animals. RESQ is doing a great job in taking care of aminals with great care. Please do visit and donate in terms of time or money.

Called them multiple times. No response.. No call back either.

The services were prompt and there was barely any paperwork when I took in an injured kitten. The staff was as friendly as the cat sitting on the front desk.

Not happy, had reported once for an injured dog no response... Should work little more hard. I don't see them caring for animals ...

They may or may not take your pet... 2 acre land and many staff and doctors... They refused to take a small puppy... I even offered to pay his expenses.. what's a rescue without a passionate heart.....

ResQ charitable trust is a heart warming place that assures you that there will always be some people who would value animal lives equally.
As someone who is deeply involved in animal welfare, this place is the most well maintained shelters that I have ever volunteered at. The shelter has quick response mechanism, well stocked medicines and food, trained staff, full time veterinarians and most of all an infectious love for all animals.

Can't thank you enough .. on one or two they just came on time to rescue dog .. they did all possible things to provide her relief .. I would remember this for my whole life .. thank you so much for helping us .. can't fully express my feelings .. mostly I have seen the people misbehave with them on one give them shelter in rainy season ,no food , but today I saw the humanity .. real mean of humanity and blessed to see that .. thank you of much ..

This place is beautiful, they do amazing important work and they do it extremely well.. the animals are well taken care of and end up being healthy and happy. Ready for their second chance at life.

Worst worst worst service I have ever seen....I saw two kittens on the road...I got them here leaving all my work.They rejected to keep them and I have to bring them all the way back to my hostel. The place is too far from the city and none of the employees are polite.
