Hats off to this team for their contribution to society

Best place for animals...n they are the best team...plz contribute if you wish to help strays ...

They never pick up call,i hv tried calling them many times on multiple occasions and i never heard anyone who's call they hv picked.. everyone found them fishy n fake. I dont knw even they do such work which they claim or just another charitable trust to convert they black to white, in the name of compassion.

It's a very good place for kids fun and adventure activities. My son enjoyed a lot at there. On top of that it also has a toy train. It is very well garden. What more you can ask from a public park.

I visited RESQ over the weekend with my family. RESQ basically caters to the treatment and care of sick stray and abandoned animals. The place is neatly maintained with separate sections for animals undergoing various levels of treatment. There is a General Ward, a Paediatric Ward, an Orthopaedic Ward, a Post Operative Ward, a Cattle section, a Pig section etc. It was really heartbreaking to see some of the animals in so much pain and agony. But hats off to the RESQ staff and volunteers...the love and dedication with which they treat and care for these sick and injured animals is amazing and truly inspiring. My kids were absolutely thrilled with the visit. They are now eager to volunteer at RESQ and provide help in whatever way possible. The place is run on pure charity and no government support. In order to be able to rescue and provide care and shelter for the injured and sick animals, they need a lot of financial support from people with compassionate hearts. I came away from the visit thanking God for them and with a decision to start providing them financial support on a monthly basis in whatever little way I can.

Best place for stray animals to live healthy and happy.

Just called them, bad attitude from whoever just answered my call. Said we're rescuing flood animals, asked if they take in cats, they said no we dont.

Signed up to be a volunteer. But after the induction and paying them money. they have just disappeared. The lady who was in charge of the volunteers feels like has dropped off the face of the earth. Can't get through to them. Can NEVER get through their number. they look like but nothing but a money making sham!!

Check the work this charitable trust is doing, just great.

I reported a case of hit and run to RESQ on email, as their number and weblink to report incidents both were not working. A stray puppy was run over by an unidentified vehicle in front of our society. The co-coordinator replied immediately that they can not admit more animals as they do not have resources to accommodate additonal animal. Since the puppy required urgent medical help, I plead them and they accepted. I donated some amount immediately, so that they could take better care of the puppy. The co-coordinator later informed that the dog had multiple fractures. She requested to visit the center to meet the puppy. We visited the center the other day and the center is well equipped with facilities to treat the animals professionally. Staff was kind and courteous. The dog seemed to be recuperating and responding to the treatment. The attendant told us that he may take a month or more to heal completely and stand on his own. We hope he gets well soon. Friends, RESQ Team is doing a great job which we all could never imagine. Help them generously and assist them in saving lives of animals.

Beautiful place for all the rescued animals. The animals are kept with utmost love & care. Everyone here is passionate about their cause.

Organization, which is dedicated to the animals. They are doing best work for the welfare of the animals. Like to visit and contribute again and again. Thank you RESQ.

We got a stray cat admitted to ResQ a couple of months back. The cat was in a completely hopeless condition. But these guys did not give up and did such an amazing job. Now in less than 2 months, the cat's health has been restored, which for us, seems almost like a miracle. These guys are simply awesome! They are doing such amazing work, hats off to them! May God bless them!!:)

Team RESQ today rescued two pet dogs from one of the empty flat in our society. These dogs were stuck in this flat due to negligence of tenant/ flat owner. Thanks team RESQ for saving their lives. You have done a great job today.

Doctors and staff , very cooperative. State of art medical facilities for animals. I should say better than human general hospitals. Very much help full for stray animals. This is not rescue center it is temple

I saw a street dog in very bad condition in Wagholi and immediately reported to this res q site...got the case I'd...later got a call from mr.tuhin and he told to call Mr. Vinod who is there in Wagholi and said Mr. Vinod will assist further. It's now almost more than a week this Vinod is not responding to my calls. Trying to get back to Mr tuhin from res q team but he is also not responding. Also tried to contact the number given on website buts it is also not reachable.The dog is almost in dead condition and we don't know what to do. There are also other dogs who need help but looking at this pathetic working of so called RES Q team will not report.. is this really how u work ? Are u guys seriously want to help poor animals ? There is no process after giving case id ??? Do u keep any kind of track or follow up ???? Lastly is this site a real one or FAKE ????????
There is no meaning of all this if the real Moto is not happening ....really feeling bad and saddened with what has happened ....I thought the poor animals had a hope after I registered the case on this so called RES Q team...now who is going to help further ??????????????

2 weeks ago I gave them 4 stars...now I take it back..there is something seriously fishy and very very bad going on in this organization. A month ago I had given to them a street cat whom I had fostered. I couldn't continue with it's treatment and I thought these people would help them but not even a day later i got a msg that he passed away because of diarrhea. I took their response and mourned his death. Now just this week I took a young dog to them who had prolapse. I thought maybe this time they would be able to save a life. BUT THE SAME THING HAPPENED.! We got a msg that he had passed away. They take donations and eat away the money! Please don't fall for their amazing facility and fake polite behavior. It's a hell for animals who need serious help and treatment.

They are best ..vet doctor's here are too good..kind and polite..they treat your pet very well..! I had took a stray kitten for treatment and they treaded her for free as she was stray..but they will charge reasonably to pets..
Also dont forget to donate some amount for saving a life..

Great shelter for animals. They let you adopt animals and take care of them too.

The best animal rescue team in pune. Their dedication is off the hook. And their resources are well set-up.

They are closed on weekends . If anything major happens ? It is happened none of the picked up the call

Very helpful team . I had taken a stray who had been hit by a car . They are treating him , giving him a chance at life . They helped when none did .

Its a good place to take your pet and get things done. However services are chargeable.

I called them for a baby pegion...hez frightened...some other bird have plucked his feathers...I card them to take him with them...they said I have to take it to them which is not possible...what is the use of these people when they respond u like this...not evn a single star to b given to such a trust..

God has blessed us with people like those working in this organisation. They gave a stay dog another chance to live who was hurt and left to die. They named her Basanti. :) She is doing very well, thank you ResQ team.. couldn't have done without your help. God bless you guys.

This morning, there was a cat stuck at the window shade of 5th floor. These guys were not only well equipped but well trained as well. They rescued it in no time. You two were our hero today. God bless you guys.

Very very disappointed with this NGO's response...I have talked with the number regarding the baby puppy is in trouble might have eat something & crying from 2 days & asked them to help or might he will dye but the member shown unwillingness given excuse that they don't have ambulance facility & they can't help..

There is no functioning phone number. It just keeps ringing without anybody attending. Emergency service, indeed.

Really Good job doing by this group, During rain today i saw sudden a van came into our society (as i didn't aware about this animal ambulance) and they just picked a injured bird very carefully and carry with him in a cage for further care (i looked all incident from my window within 2 min. they came and go?

Professional, kind hearted people who are doing a brilliant job of reducing human-animal conflict. Most trustworthy animal rescue organization according to me.

I attended one of the adoption events by these guys and it was a wonderful afternoon! It's not hard to see how much they care about animal welfare and are dedicated to the cause. Keep up the noble work you guys- couldn't be prouder!

Probably the most professional animal shelter in Pune.

They say that God cannot be every where and today I experienced first hand, the unique dedication, commitment and selflessness of Dr. Neha and Dr. Indrakshi with their team of nursing assistants....perhaps, I saw God in the form of the team. I am speechless and no amount of gratitude is ever going to be enough for what they have done and are doing for the animal world

They are quick, simple and are full of kindness! Kudos to those guys working towards the betterment of voiceless!

I lost my dog which I handed over to them for treatment she had laryngitis pneumonia but since from 1st day they consider her as rabid n not treated even no medical reports n update not given she was lest to die in isolation area m not happy with them it was my mistake I should have taken her to other organizations for treatment...

Really hard working people. I went there with a stray who was badly injured and they took him as their own and have been treating him ever since

This area is 14km away from my house and is somewhat far from city which is good thing as dogs cannot harm any citizens and in return they can get best services available in an open environment. This place is built at high level from sea which keeps it cool in summer and their built structure is very good. I loved this place and i went their to see my stray dog which met with an accident last weekend and came to know he is recovering and hope he will be active again. But one thing i disliked is the smell but i know it cannot be cured because of many animals.
