I have been a loyal customer to you guys for the past few months but boy that is over. You guys have given me one bad battery that after a few months literally started bulging out so I went back to y'all and replaced it and I just had to get it replaced again after a month but rest assured I went somewhere else to do it. I just replaced my charger port up there a week ago and I had to replace that too. That's all bad enough but the kicker was the fact that when I got it fixed somewhere else they informed that all the screws were missing and the plates were out of place because of this. What sucks is now I can't bring it up there and show you guys how horrible you are at what you are paid to do and what you charge people to do. You basically charged me to break my phone and I'm very upset about it. Add that to the fact that where I went to get it fixed yesterday charged me $100 less than you guys would to fix the screen, you guys will never have my business again and if if I can help it you won't have anyone's.
