These guys were really nice at first. I gave them my computer to clean up,new software and they said after about a week that they can't do the work because it didn't have a disc insert only USB. They said they would keep trying. A month went by and then I got a email saying if I didn't come get my computer and pay them $50 for nothing because they still couldn't do the work it wasn't possible but still charging me. I never did because that's a rip off so they now own my computer. You guys read this because I feel like they stole it although they legally gave me the option to pay them $50 for nothing.
