My sons phone had a cracked screen but otherwise worked fine. We dropped it off to have the screen replaced just before close. The guy handed us the phone and we walked out. The store closed. The phone s speaker doesn t work and his phone is cracked. I think the guy forgot to hook something up inside and that s what caused the screen to break. Now he has a broken screen and the phone doesn t work. It worked fine when we dropped it off. Now they want to charge me another nearly $300 to repair the phone. I ve already paid $105. They guy said he could maybe give us a small discount of maybe $20. Are you kidding by me? You broke the phone and you want to charge me to repair it? Not happy. This is bad business. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
