Huge place and friendly staff. I had been there to attend a conference and the staff helped us find the conference room because the hotel is very huge. The rooms are extremely clean and food is great. I sprained my ankle and the receptionist got me ice pack and advil for me within no time. Huge open parking available right in front of the hotel and this place is right on the highway and hence very convenient. Highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel and great service! The rooms are nice and the lobby is open and inviting. They have a great bar area and a restaurant with good food. I am just as impressed now as I was 7 years ago when I first stayed here. Would definitely recommend!

I have stayed here several times and this hotel and staff are incredible. The rooms are very clean and the staff always aimed to please especially Ryan on the overnight shift. He provided exceptional service and answered any questions I had. Thank you Renaissance!!! I'll be back!

This hotel has the potential to be five stars but I had several problems with it. First the staff "misplaced" my package and when it was found it was opened missing tags and balled up in a box stashed away. They were very unprofessional and uncaring about the fact the package was even missing in the first place. The room we stayed in had a warped door so you had to push or slam it closed. The only reason I discovered this is forgetting something in the room I returned to find the door still open. There is no free breakfast, not a big deal but you loose points for that as well. The room we stayed in was not serviced AT ALL with out request being asked, no do not disturb on the door, and a maid present on the floor. Overall I've stayed in cheaper hotels with better service than this.

Quick check in, close to lots of food, very comfy pillows, clean room. When we arrived though it was a particularly cold, rainy day and the AC was on, breakfast isn't included, and the free wifi isn't great.

Generic business travel hotel with outdated rooms, including stained furniture. You can hear noise and talking from adjoining rooms and hallways. WiFi was not even working just a DNS error when trying to connect.

I stay here all the time. Rooms are comfortable and clean. There were fresh cakes in the toilet when I got there. (Urinal cakes that is) The breakfast is to die for. I love the all you can eat Cheerios and the milk was pretty fresh. I will definitely be back.

I think this is a really nice property and the front desk team is great. My word of caution to the management is to get the coffee bar service personnel trained and customer focused. You used to have a gentleman that worked the coffee bar each morning and he had his act together. However the last 2 stays he has not been there and the women you have running the coffee bar do not know how to treat the customers or use the register. This morning I had to give up trying to get some coffee. I have been here for 3 days and each morning, the person working the coffee bar was too busy chatting on her phone or with other workers to even acknowledge me when I walked up. As a lifetime titanium elite member, this is not what I have come to expect from Marriott and I hope the local management will work to resolve this.

Hesitant on staying with some reviews! But I don t see what everyone is portraying about this hotel. Wonderful atmosphere, Front Desk has the best staff- so engaging always with good mornings and checking to see how everything is going. Plenty of choices to eat, 2 Pools and a gym. Express lounge 24 hours :) I could not help myself but to make multiple stops.

I'm giving a 5 star rating despite a pretty gnarly issue with respect to actual guest room toilet. The staff was spectacular, first and foremost. They were super pleasant when checking me in. After we had made it to our room, I ordered a sheet and blanket setup for the "pull-out mattres". That came quicker than any other hotel I've ever requested that from. The beds were comfy, the showers amazing. The morning of checkout we all.had breakfast and to our surprise were asked to pay. No big deal, just FYI for anyone staying, who isn't a Mariott Elite Rewards member, you'll be laying anywhere from $12-$18 for breakfast, however, it would be well worth it. They had a great short order chef who made fresh omelettes from scratch. They had a terrific variety of fresh, fruit. The lobby was breathtaking, and the ambiance was relaxing. My friends and I even caught ourselves discussing using this place for a future wedding and/or event. The decor is super modern and very well picked. I have one quick problem. Room 241, where we stayed, had pubes (pubic hair) on the toilet and back of toilet. It was pretty disturbing, but that was failed housekeeping, and I dont want anyone to think for one second that should count against this hotel. I would think about staying here again for sure. I hope you all can try this place.

The hotel was OK, but the billing experience was a nightmare. Upon check-in I was asked and confirmed, that I was keeping the bill on my company Am Ex card. I was to receive an electronic receipt which never happened. 45 days after I had checked I received an email asking the last 4 digits of how a Mastercard and an Am Ex. I spoke to billing and they informed me that they placed the stay on a Mastercard. I don't have a Mastercard and Am Ex verified that the hotel ran a " charge approval code" at check in to verify the card after my verbal confirmation.
I explained to them I had no MC and would be happy to place on my Am Ex but would require a receipt or I would be unable to place on my expense report for reimbursement. The placed a 2 night stay on my card and simultaneously generated a bill showing both check-in and check-out on the date they placed the charge on my Am Ex. This was a month and a half AFTER I had stayed there and the same day I was staying in another state, Call my company silly, but they don't reimburse 2 hotel rooms for the same night. Multiple attempts to contact billing for a remedy went unheeded, and this was complicated by the hotel's phone being out for 2 days. It was only after leaving a message that the charge would be disputed at Am Ex did they finally correct to billing and receipt. It was completely their mistake and yet they made no effort to make things easy for me.
And this is how they treat a member of Starwood Preferred Guest program. I could not have been more disappointed.

I so appretiate the costumer service, Bryan gave me exactly what I wanted and with a smile on thier face. The environment was great. All of the desk people and the staff were very accommodating for my needs.

I stayed at the Renaissance (Woodbridge, NJ) with...

I stayed at the Renaissance (Woodbridge, NJ) with my three children for two days. At check-in, Rachel was friendly and gave us exceptional service. From there the hotel checked in on my family and I via text and satisfied each and very accommodation we requested with a smile (Rachel, Diana, Quenterra, Nereida). The rooms were clean and spacious.
Although, there isn't a spectacular beach view because its located near a highway, even that view gives a sense of peace as you stand still admiring it.

We also ate at the breakfast buffet. One thing I liked about the buffet was that they served turkey bacon and chicken sausages. Nowadays many people have swayed away from eating pork however many businesses have not accommodate these paying customers. So it was a surprise and delight to see that Renaissance hotel had many that accommodation. The served hot and cold items making it a well balanced meal.

We also used the indoor pool. The indoor pool is heated making your body feel like you are in relaxation heaven. We also visited the fitness center which is open 24 hours.

The hotel is in close proximity to shopping malls and restaurants. Not only would I recommend this hotel but I will definitely return here in the near future!

Unfortunately the Delta looks more impressive from the renovations than it actually is once you look closer.

I attended a large corporate event here recently and in the past the service at this even had been so-so and the food, okay, but now it seems to have really gone downhill.

The banquet spaces were not renovated to the same standard as the lobby and the bathrooms need some serious help. There is an apparently on-going water leak issue in the floor of the ladies restroom, which was leaking during the event and all they did was put a towel down. Another woman commented that this happens all the time.

The food they put out lacked freshness and proper cooking. Raw veggies were limp and not crisp or fresh tasting, hot food included what seemed like instant potatoes and rice that was so undercooked it was crunchy, dried out veggies that did not look steamed nor roasted, the list goes on. I felt a little nauseous hours after eating and thinking about the food only makes it worse.

As far as the servers, not once during the event did anyone come by to refill drinks until it was time to bring out the food. I watched them serve some tables in the back, begrudgingly, but they did not come around to the majority of tables. The servers almost seemed indifferent or scared to do their job. None were friendly at all, none looked happy. Every request seemed like a bother. They were, however, very efficient at cleaning up and bussing the tables when it was time to leave.

I honestly wish the event organizers would select a different place. Next time I will eat before I arrive.

This is a great place. I have stayed here on many occasions. Stephanie up in sales is best. The restaurant is a little pricey but they have Booker's Bourbon and good food. The rooms are always neat and clean.

When I was there three months ago they had an artist painting in the lobby and when I went there last month they had a live jazz band. Very good vibe.

This hotel is central Jersey s best kept secret! The staff are amazing to work with especially Neville Cunningham and Andrea from the banquet department. I am a wedding decorator/bridal blogger and I will recommend this hotel to all of my brides and followers in need for a ballroom and hotel stay in the area!!! It is the best!!!

Hotel staff were not properly trained they give alot of attitude . and the rooms had a small and wasnt so clean . I would not go back to this hotel. The manager should be fired of having such poor management.

This hotel has been completely redecorated inside and out and it's fantastic. Staff here are always the best, big welcome always smiling always helpful. I've been coming here for years and it's always nice to come back. Certainly highly recommended

The Renaissance Woodbridge hotel is quite comforta...

The Renaissance Woodbridge hotel is quite comfortable and an enjoyable place to crash for the night or to attend a professional event. I went there for a JSA event and was quite happy with the accommodation and the space provided for our debates. Only complaint is that the staff did not take us seriously as we had a broken sink and one less blanket and they did not help us out until the next day. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
