Delta by Marriott's event team helped us pull off the wedding of our dreams! I would do it all over again based on the results we had.
It was truly a night to remember. I held my rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony and reception all at the hotel. They accommodated the majority of our guests and the food was excellent! Attending a gala for the Katbaloganon association ...

Attending a gala for the Katbaloganon association and the food was awful. The salmon tasted like it was old. The prime rib did not taste like prime rib. The service was awful. Had to ask for water 3 times. The hotel itself is nice.

Attended an evening seminar. The location is great...

Attended an evening seminar. The location is great, but the dinner service was horrible. The wait staff were rude, uncaring and inattentive, including errors with the orders and running out of food. There maybe there is an issue with the catering sraff only, but the experience was so awful that I am not likely to try anything else.

Our stay was outstanding. The staff were so friendly and responsive to our needs and concerns. The fact that we were attending the New years party and having lots of guests wondering around, I have to say that the attitude of the staff and the way they handeled the crowd was clearly super proffeasional. Our suit was clean and neat, they had a nice fruit and cheese tray with champaign ready for us. Will definitely choose it for my next stay.

The Service at the reception was really good. A special was also the shuttle service.
Negative was only one elevator was working. Roomservice got all dirty Towels but forget to replace them with new. That's why I gave only 3 Stars, otherwise 4

The worst experience I have had at a Marriott even...

The worst experience I have had at a Marriott even though I am a platinum and I stay at many of their premium properties around the world. I had requested a crib on my reservation and called them up in advance to make sure that one is available. Surprisingly, at the time of checkin, they don't have one! The manager promises me one for the second night and again there is nothing after repeated reminders through out the day. The room service was also missing in action! Avoid!

1. I called the front desk and he held me rudely, while I didn't finish my word.
2. I could hear the guy living around me snoozing.
3. The design of the curtains doesn't really protect my privacy.
4. The wifi is so tricky that when I log in the wifi, nothing was wrong. But when I helped my roommate to login the wifi 1 minute later, there was one more step before the final connect, if you pressed confirm, you confirmed to pay for the higher speed wifi.

I attended a conference here and had a great time. The staff members were pleasant, helpful and extremely friendly. The guest room was comfortable and surprisingly attractive - no ugly carpet and drapes usually seen in hotel rooms. Looking forward to my next stay.

Horrifying Expedia discrimination, one more time.

Full of attitude at the front desk and no caring at all. Lots of hatred on Expedia bookings and they have a separate rooms (only 1 bed & sofa bed) irrespective of how many counts you are.

We are 4 families booked 5 rooms and during booking it asked for bed selection, which we took 2 queen beds, thinking of 2 adults and 2 kids. At check in, this lady and Patrick (front desk) person chose all the rooms alike and gave us the discriminatory room selection, chosen for Expedia bookings.

We don t care online or straight reservations, but the service at front desk is not good and full attitude. There is no proper response when asked for 2 beds chosen during our reservations. They said I don t know and can t help.

Please don t choose this place unless you don t have any other options.

Hotel was good, but the pool was horrible.
My daughter and I spent an hour in the pool and 2 hours with our eyes watering and itching. My daughter's eyes, eyebrows all aroud the face was red.
My daughter said never again to the pool

Very clean hotel. Very accommodating staff. Excellent conference room space. This Woodbridge location is a bit isolated, but the hotel seemed to have a high occupancy. The restaurant/bar was very upscale and the quality of the food was top notch. Would recommend this hotel for a quick stay or a larger conference.

I have never go out of my way to bad mouth a business until now. I was here for New Years Eve for an event. They were understaffed and it took me 2 hours to get into my room that I requested an early check in for. I only got the room after a friend called the corporate office because she waited for 2.5 hours next to me, they took care of us . My room smelled sour as if someone had just walked out as I walked in. My girlfriend payed $30 for a breakfast that was inedible. And we had to let a friend sleep on our pullout couch because there was an issue with the calling center and they gave her room away to another angry guest. Housekeeping never showed up after 1st night. Completely unacceptable. I could have stayed at a Days Inn for much cheaper and had clean towels and free muffins. *Rant Over*

Dated, over priced and false advertisment. Rooms were nothing remotely close to the photos. Felt like I was in Indian venue. Only one person working in front desk checking-in 8 rooms for a wedding guests(stood 25 min. on line). Moved to Hyatt in East Brunswick after one night.

I actually really like staying at this hotel. Ive stayed here probably 5-6 times and honestly have not one complaint. There is a ton of easy access parking thats located very very close to either the rear or front entrance. Anytime I have been here all the people who work there have been very pleasant and easy to deal with. The rooms sizes are good and I got a junior suite once and I actually had more room than I knew what to do with. Had a hard time decided which one of the televisions I wanted to watch. I highly recommend this hotel and the room service and Olio have great food.

My girlfriend and I got a room here when we found out that the APA hotel had no more rooms and we were not disappointed at all. We should have looked at this place first. The staff service was excellent and the room was really nice. We got a room on the executive floor so I'm not sure about the other rooms. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in the area

Perfect place to stay for a business trip or short stay. Not a resort. Disappointed that to get a cup of coffee at 6:30am I had to get in my car and drive to Starbucks down the road. Also when cafe opens at 7:00, very limited menu of shrink wrapped breakfast sandwiches and yogurt cups. Not a great place for dining but the restaurant is very clean, bright, comfortable and nearby NYC

Stayed here for 2 nights. We arrived late on Friday and were told we were upgraded to an executive suite. Overall room was dated and not as clean, pullout couch had no sheets etc and we waited at least 15 minutes to get these at 11pm. Breakfast buffet was good and staff were very nice but would not go back to this property not the usual Marriott standards. The hotel lobby is weird that it has a large seating area in the middle which was overrun with people all the time.

Room was nice, bed was comfy.No microwave in a king room.Breakfast well not the greastest had my heart set on yogurt parfait and all they had to offer was full of different kinds of nuts i have several allergies so that was not an option for me i asked for one without nuts and was told to take a pre-packaged yogurt an put fruit on it. Well the only fruit was watermelon and big chunks of cantalope two fruits you don't put on parfaits. Pool was filled with kids pool not big enough at all.Raining outside so could not even go to outside pool.Then at 10:15am we were surprised by housekeeping just coming into our room check out is at 11:00 am so not sure what that was about.But im sure they were as shocked as us not the right moment to be barged in on.Told girl at the desk at check out and there really wasn't a real concern to her.Other then mentioned all employess were nice.

Nice hotel. Great customer service. Stayed for a wedding and the hotel was packed with 3 wedding parties that weekend. They made sure we had a room in time for us to get ready. Had a small issue with the room and they fixed it right away. Bar area and lobby are nice as well. Would recommend this hotel.

Our group had OTC meds, vitamins, and prescriptioned meds stolen, our rooms hadn't been cleaned adequately, and charged credit card for incidentals versus doing a pre-authorization.

The one star rating was generous.
