Worst experience ever with Maryann McMahon (broker) at Remax Posh Realty they finally sold our home but they were very unprofessional didn t return calls or text. Didn t tell us when people were at our home, found a big water leak and didn t tell us for 3 days and didn t turn it off when we live 1500 miles away we thought we had left our place in good hands such a nightmare. The last week before we closed on property not a single return call or even a call after we closed only a group email sent thanking the title company for going over and above which they did they helped me because my broker and realtor were not helping or calling or even returning texts at all! She didn t even call my husband or I even after the transaction was over. So glad it s over. Should have reported to real estate board.

Working with Mabely Reyes exceeded any of my expectations. As a first time homebuyer, I was not familiar with the terminology or the steps to purchasing a home. Mabely was incredibly friendly and patient and took the time to sit down with me to help determine what would be a good fit for me. She even recommended a lending agent which I ended up using and greatly appreciated.

Mabely was willing to meet with me when I had questions and was available over the phone late in the evening. She was very helpful in explaining the entire process and really relieved my stress level even though I was on a very tight timeframe. I truly believe her expertise helped tremendously . I highly recommend Mabely!

This has been the worst experience of my life! This office has by far the worst broker and agent to deal with. No communication whatsoever no morals nothing. Stay away from the office, broker Mary Anne, and Agent Ernest Hatton. They don t do right even if they re selling your home. Sneaky snake people BE WARE!!!

My friends bought a house with one of Remax locations and had the worst experience ever, and aftr moving in the house was left in horrible condition and severely bug infested. It was a complete nightmare

Not specific to this reality company but one specific home builder they are featuring. Stay away from Terry Fisher and whatever new construction business he is representing. He has left Houston after many complaints and lawsuits. Look up Fisher Homes of Texas or Kavaac LLC. Build quality to warranty repairs major issues all around.

I was very satisfied with the service. Everything was done promptly and according to our spoken as well as written agreement. Thanks for your help.

I don t know how they get our information asking me to sell my house, do not ever contact my family again!

I rarely write reviews but when the service, information, and overall business acumen is this exceptional, well then its time for me to stop and take notice! I wish I could go into detail how hard this agency worked to achieve not only my needs, goals, and desires, but also the buyer's. They are not run of the mill, and the way they handled the two sides of the table was beyond anything I have experienced. I have without a doubt met the most professional, savvy, and caring group of realtors in the business. Of course that starts with the owner, Mary Anne McMahon who I sincerely consider as one of the most valuable sources when it comes to real estate, as well as becoming a dear friend in the process. What a remarkable woman and organization. Bravo to all the goodwill you have provided to me and the Austin community, including quite a number of charities.

Brett was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when we were buying our first house! I had so many questions and he was able to answer them or knew exactly who to call to get an answer for me. He is now helping my parents buy a house here in Austin. Definitely recommend using Brett as your realtor!
