I think this is a really nice property and the front desk team is great. My word of caution to the management is to get the coffee bar service personnel trained and customer focused. You used to have a gentleman that worked the coffee bar each morning and he had his act together. However the last 2 stays he has not been there and the women you have running the coffee bar do not know how to treat the customers or use the register. This morning I had to give up trying to get some coffee. I have been here for 3 days and each morning, the person working the coffee bar was too busy chatting on her phone or with other workers to even acknowledge me when I walked up. As a lifetime titanium elite member, this is not what I have come to expect from Marriott and I hope the local management will work to resolve this.
