Had the best Time of my life.

He did not bother me but who can not sleep with noise ...

Actually a good business hotel ... been. Obviously, Asian travel groups have been targeted here as preferred customers for a year or two. Since then, cuddling is always in the elevator and the buffet is a must. That's not fun.

Too bad that for the Internet access 17 euros per day must be paid. Since you feel pretty ripped off.
They wanted to untie me for breakfast 25 euros .... but after long discussions, but found that it was already included in the price with me.

Just simple perfection!!! Staff is amazing, super clean, in front of metro station where you can go anywhere, Airport shuttle is only 36 or you can take the metro to the central station then take the train to the airport, it will only cost 14.5 per person. Neighborhood is cozy and alot of cafes and restaurants which little bit pricey!
Hotel Rate is little high but not compares to its style and quality. I recommend it

Very good modern business hotel, the reception was helpful, 10 minutes by metro to the city center and 1 stop to the Schenbrunn Palace. The rooms are very nice, clean, comfort bed, the breakfest is reach and delicious.

Ok. Service is hit and miss. Food in the restaurant was also hit and miss. It's across the road from the ubahn stop and 7 minutes from downtown in the ubahn. Breakfast is very expensive and watch out, even though there's a sofa bed in the room, they'll charge you 20euros to bring bed sheets up. this was the first.
Internet is free.
Room: weird setup. The toilets are separate from the shower/bath room. Only 1trash can. Free complimentary water & coffee, which was nice. No more paper information, but it's all on the tv, I appreciate that, but no one tells you, so you find out by just trying it out.
Flush was broken on both women's and men's lobby restrooms.
All in all, it's trendy, but staff needs training and they need to pay attention to details.

By European standards the varieties of food were good.

The hotel has been completely redone a few years ago and is gorgeous from top to bottom.

It looked like it was a little far from the immediate center of Vienna but the metro is across the street and we were walking the center streets in less than 15 minutes kith mornings.

Three of the most important things for a hotel for me is: comfortable bed, AIr conditioning and ability to darken the room, this hotel was a perfect 10 on all three.

Eva at the front desk along with the rest of the staff were wonderful and everyone we interacted with at the hotel was very service oriented and friendly.

I wouldn t stay anywhere else when visiting Vienna again.

Had a quiet room, the morning awakened by the sun. Service top. Located directly at the U4 stop Meidling.

The hotel is excellent, especially after renovation. I had stayed other times, when I came to Vienna to work, this time is much better.

That was really a positive surprise. A really first class hotel in the upper class Very nice rooms with large bathrooms. Good breakfast with a very large bread selection. The restaurant has a clear concept that does it well. The cocktail card is awesome.

First of all:
Parking in the hotel costs 25 / day! Completely excessive - therefore the tip across the street in the U4 parking garage from APCOA for 5 / day. That's 100m on foot. Of course, the lady at the reception didn't want to mention this tip. As a visitor, you cannot park for free around the hotel.

You can see from my profile that I very rarely rate negatively on Google. Since they didn't want to give me an email address for the management, I'm now going this way.

We booked two nights including breakfast. The hotel and the rooms are nicely decorated. Unfortunately the SPA area and the restaurant are currently closed. The bar only offers heated pizzas in the evening. Both according to the reception because it is currently not profitable - very shocking for us.

Breakfast is served in a very small and loveless buffet form - of course the one mixed plate is then packed. Other hotels in a comparable category solve this more elegantly with more choice, so that you can have breakfast in the usual quality.

When we reported our experience at the check-out (one day earlier than planned because we were so disappointed), the employee merely told us that we had paid less than normal (also not correctly, because of the gold status an offer has been booked). Such an argument is completely unacceptable to me.
Communication with guests should definitely be revised.

Modern hotel with classic elements! Super friendly checkin! Easy to find underground car park, short distances! Order from Roomseevice on TV in the room! Great idea! Upgrade and small gift received as a gold member. Food is very good. The room is small but very pretty. Quiet to the yard! The bathroom is also small, but very pretty and at least a bathtub and very modern. Beds are also very good, soft rather than hard. The only tiny shortcoming of the checkin took a long time and a switch is called the Bonvoy Elite. This is not occupied and there is probably no separate Elite CheckIn. I was not offered a mobile key. I don't think that exists here? Chat doesn't work! Both are advertised on the Emofamg. Deception of the customer! Reception is understaffed! Took quite a long time at twice now! Elevator is very old-fashioned, slow doors and does not respond to closing!

I liked the hotel. Modern design, cozy. The service is normal, the breakfasts are delicious, the choice is more than enough.

Modern and well-kept rooms, spacious rooms and xl beds, the hotel also offers a fitness room and a small sauna. Highly recommended!

Elegant hotel with beautiful and cosy rooms. Tasty breakfasts. Enjoyed the stay a lot.
1-2 minutes from metro station.

While still at the airport, I checked in on the hotel's mobile app without any problems. When I arrived at the hotel I just had to sign the printed form and collect my key.

The receptionists do speak English and they are friendly and professional.

The room is spacious with a very comfortable king size bed and good quality linnen. The room is equipped with a desk, desk chair, lounge chair bar fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, steam iron, ironing board, safe, huge LED TV and blackout curtains.

The airconditioning is quiet and works exceptionally well.

There are adequate power points and USB points in the walls.

The bathroom has a shower, single washbasin and toilet. There is no bathtub in the bathroom.

Breakfast is an additional 25 per night. If don't like huge breakfasts, it is cheaper to order an adequate breakfast through room service.

Slow WiFi is included free of charge, if you want to use high speed data you have to pay extra per day.

You cannot connect your laptop or smartphone to the TV to stream Netflix or YouTube and the web and source functions of the TV are disabled.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the building, you have to get dressed, take the elevator to the ground floor and exit the hotel through the front entrance where there is an open smoking corner, without any chairs, in the drop off area. If you smoke in your room you will be charged 180 for additional cleaning.

The hotel has a gym and a sauna on the 7th floor.

There is no shuttle service to the airport and Uber from the airport to the hotel was 35. The hotel is close to public transport, a supermarket and some restaurants.

For three stars I would expect a bathtub in the bathroom.

For four stars I would at least want one English movie or general channel, enabled web/source functions of the TV and free high speed WiFi.

For five stars I would want a smoking lounge somewhere inside the building.

We had our dates wrong when we made our booking and we weren't allowed to cancel or move the dates only 24 hours after making the booking, although it was still months before the arrival date, without incurring a 100% cancellation fee. Be very carefull before you enter your credit card details on the website.
