A beautiful, clean hotel and an excellent location, about 200 meters away from the metro station, there are many restaurants and cafes around, especially those that serve breakfast ... We forgot a ring and a precious hour and came back and found them.

Average hotel. Slow check in and lots of guests had checkin issues

Great tastefully decorated hotel. In the attic cozy little sauna with great views. The breakfast buffet is very rich and delicious. The only drawback are the soundproof rooms with connecting doors.

Rooms are modern and new but small with low clastrophobic ceilings. They have an issue with accepting debit card payments which I found not convenient. Anything without a standard protocol creates an issue.

Modern Americanized hotel near city center and the train station. Schonbrunn Palace and restaurants within walking distance. Popular and suitable for conferences as well as vacationers. Helpful front desk attendants. Free WiFi and workout facilities.
Tastefully appointed comfortable rooms. Breakfast served from 6:30.

Modern and cosy. Bed and bathroom are excellent. Close to public transport and 2km away from Schonbrunn. Recommended. Room price was 100 eur.

Very friendly staff in a beautiful renovated hotel. A smartly furnished bar that is also used for breakfast. Generous entrance area with PC workstations and sufficient sockets for your own gadgets. The rooms are harmoniously furnished with great wallpaper.

Nice hotel, in very convenient location and is few steps away from train station. Spacious rooms with modern concept design. Friendly staff. Gym is on the top floor and is well built.

The Reinassance is a hotel that has spacious, comfortable rooms with a beautiful and modern design. Hotel very well maintained and with a premium touch in all its facilities. It has a small gym and sauna. The only downside is that it is very far from the center, but for us it was not a disadvantage since we took advantage of the opportunity to go by bicycle in all our journeys. We would repeat.

Visit of a seminar in the hotel. The equipment is ok, but the air in the seminar rooms is getting worse. The lunch was very good and a good selection. The snack was good, but not enough for the group size.

Recently remodeled, clean, nice rooms, next to train station, quick ride from main attractions. Paid parking, free internet. Service is sub-par. Some buildings around it had graffiti.

The hotel has been completely redone a few years ago and is gorgeous from top to bottom.

It looked like it was a little far from the immediate center of Vienna but the metro is across the street and we were walking the center streets in less than 15 minutes kith mornings.

Three of the most important things for a hotel for me is: comfortable bed, AIr conditioning and ability to darken the room, this hotel was a perfect 10 on all three.

Eva at the front desk along with the rest of the staff were wonderful and everyone we interacted with at the hotel was very service oriented and friendly.

The hotel is really nice, modern and really comfortable. The hotel room were extremely comfortable and clean with all modern amenities and the bed was really comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located next to a subway station and walk able distance from Schonnbrunn palace. The breakfast is really good, so I will recommend that you get the room with Breakfast included. The staff was helpful and friendly, the check-in and check out was easy.

Disappointing. The solution to cool the room when the aircon is not working is to open the windows. Then you have to deal when the noise from the passing vehicles!!

The sinks in the 6 bathrooms are too high .... you can hear all the noises from the corridors.

One of price acceprable hotels from Marriotts hotels in Vuenna, directly on the metro line 4, up to 10mins to the citycenter.

We were in the Wunderkammer brunch. The service was very friendly, the buffet was plentiful and high quality covered, it was looked to the end that nothing goes out. It tasted fantastic. We were very satisfied and can recommend this brunch.

Modern and very tastefully decorated ... although a bit out of the way, but subway just outside the door and thus within 10 minutes right in the city center ...

Hotel room was good...they don't have breakfast facility......quite reasonable....and U train station just near it...so easy to commute.

Hotel is close to the metro, beautifully decorated with onsite restaurant offering room service. Customer service was poor at times.

Location just accross metro station and close to many decent restaurants. Friendly staff and welll designed modern rooms. Excellent value for money compared to what you'd get in central Vienna. Only downside is that breakfast options remained almost identical for my 5 day stay.

Nice location and nice front desk staffs. But the cleaning ladies are nightmare. She woke me up twice in a early Sunday morning and broke into my room without permission. Totally disappointed. The location is good and the room is big enough to be comfortable. But the cleaners had a nightmare. They opened the door at 8:00 in the morning and wanted to clean. At 8:30, they opened the door again. Everyone remembered to put the DND card on the door before going to bed.
