Parking in the hotel costs 25 / day! Completely excessive - therefore the tip across the street in the U4 parking garage from APCOA for 5 / day. That's 100m on foot. Of course, the lady at the reception didn't want to mention this tip. As a visitor, you cannot park for free around the hotel.

You can see from my profile that I very rarely rate negatively on Google. Since they didn't want to give me an email address for the management, I'm now going this way.

We booked two nights including breakfast. The hotel and the rooms are nicely decorated. Unfortunately the SPA area and the restaurant are currently closed. The bar only offers heated pizzas in the evening. Both according to the reception because it is currently not profitable - very shocking for us.

Breakfast is served in a very small and loveless buffet form - of course the one mixed plate is then packed. Other hotels in a comparable category solve this more elegantly with more choice, so that you can have breakfast in the usual quality.

When we reported our experience at the check-out (one day earlier than planned because we were so disappointed), the employee merely told us that we had paid less than normal (also not correctly, because of the gold status an offer has been booked). Such an argument is completely unacceptable to me.
Communication with guests should definitely be revised.
