The hotel (resort) is very nice on the rooms and swimming pool side as well as the children's pool and the sea but there is no shower in the toilets

We had a very nice stay at the Hotel. 7 days ind March 2019. The service was very good and we feelt very welcome. Especially Bam and the navigator Sam took very good care of us and made our stay even better. He helped with a car rent on Orange Car Phuket Breakfast was also very delicious.

This place took a deposit and then at the end of my stay scammed me of 3000 baht. It's a good resort all around but when it comes to money they treat you like a tourist that will never come back. NOT going back, there is more and better resorts near by. Dont go here if you have a choice.

-The staff was not very friendly.

- There are better alternatives for this cheaper price.
- The entrance to the hotel is very deep. Lobby decoration is still not able to match other Marriott branches.

Rested with her husband at the end of April. Quiet and peaceful place. There is no Turkish noise and din that really enjoyed. The staff is all friendly and mostly speaks English so there were no communication problems. From the exotic: lizards run right along the ceiling, crabs walk along the coast in thousands, and cicadas sing all night. Expensive but everything is grand and dignified.

Good place to stay in Phuket. Although quite costly but it worth. You may get Indian foods also. Staffs are helpful and polite. Most of the staffs understand English so it is easy to communicate. Nice place.

Facilities, rooms, food were amazing, sea blue and clean, but....couldn t swim at all!! In the morning there were lots of huge jellyfish, afternoon most of them were sweep away by big waves, which also don t allow you to swim:( maybe it s just in Easter season, but I would definitely check before coming here.

Had some unhappiness with the rooms initially. Manager Tanny who is on duty was patient and responsible to hear us out and responded with great service attitude. Everything else after that was lovely memories. Staff at the restaurants, pool and lobby were all friendly and attentive to us. Will definitely be back again.

We had a great 10 days' stay in Renaissance in the beginning of July with 2 kids. The hotel impresses as soon as you get in - a tropical garden with waterfalls and palm trees where you can enjoy privacy and relaxation. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need in there. If you want something that is not in your room just call reception - they are very helpful and efficient. Best breakfasts in LocaVore and perfect dinners in SandBox. Huge thanks to the staff of these two restaurants - you made us feel very special, remembering our names and moving tables to our taste. :) Quan Spa is paradise on earth - no words to describe the luxury of the interiors and best massages. The beach is clean, though waves and the steep descent made it impossible to splash in the water (maybe it's a rainy season thing). The in-house pools and a water park 20 minutes drive make up for it :) I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet top-quality rest. Best time ever!

We attended a friend's wedding here. Overall the place is quiet, room is spacious, service is good. The location is not near the major city attractions (an hour away from Phuket Town or Patong), and this can be especially annoying if you are looking for affordable food/drinks/massage. Nonetheless the food we had during the few days we stayed was of good quality. Also there was practically no beach activity when we were there.

We had our corporate conference here and it was beyond expectations.

The hotel hosted more than 90 of our guests, each single one of them have a positive feedback - from the accommodation being clean & neat, catering services with amazing hospitality, delicious food, friendly staff and helpful concierge.

We were very excited about this hotel. We had a pool villa, the equipment was top the size of the villa. Since we like to train on vacation, the gym is very important to us. In the gym there was everything you need for a varied workout different weight machines and a functional. After training you can have a protein shake with fresh fruits and coconut milk. There is also a possibility right after the training at the beach for 15, - / hour massaged (Thai massage), and can enjoy the sunset. The pool service was great especially the staff R., Arno, Sek and Darit, the breakfast, the quality of the food was excellent, would come back anytime.
