The expensive paid wifi options, were a big of put. It is nearly 2019, why would you not just offer an automatic complimentary wifi option at this point. The restaurant service was abysmal and slow. However the food was good and the hotel is a very modern and nice property. The room was lovely and spacious.

Fantastic decor, completely renovated but you can see its a bit old, great gym and sauna, the restaurant could have more selection, staff is friendly but doesn't jump throught hoops to be extra helpful.

We had our wedding block there 2 weekends ago over Labor Day weekend and were absolutely blown away with the level of service we were given. There were a couple hiccups for our wedding (NOT hotel related) and the hotel helped us with them! The front desk staff were incredible, the restaurant had a very impressive food selection, and the rooms were pristine. Thank you for such an amazing experience!

Stayed here while on a trip with my school. We were not at the hotel very often, but when we were it was great. The rooms were very nice. They were cleaned, beds made, and towels replaced when used (normally what you would expect with staying at a hotel, but not always recieved) even if there was barely any difference from when they had done so from the day before, and the shower we had was quite large. There was enough space in our room for more than the 3 we had in there. They provided good service our group of over 50 teenagers, who were probably too rambunctious for their tastes, but they still put up with us.

Got upgraded to a suite with club access as a Marriott Gold. For the price I paid and the location, it's a superb deal. Wished I could have enjoyed it more than just one short night (due to weather delay fly into ORD).
One note here if you are using Uber. Make sure the driver knows where you are because the pin location could cause driver who is not from the area go crazy. My first Uber request from the hotel was cancelled by driver after 10 minute of driving around on the highway next to the hotel.

Greeted by unfriendly staff after traveling for many hours. Electronics are outdated and suits are oddly organized.
My biggest downfall was no shampoo, conditioner or a pen, yes a pen. In a suite.
I travel a lot, and my hotel stays are broad. For this to be a Marriot (which I've stayed with a few times) and in Chicago, not a good face at all.

Wonderful, professional and very helpful staff. The rooms are spacious and clean. It licated near the airport with a free shuttle running every twenty minutes. I ate breakfast and dinner in the restaurant. Both meals were tasty and the service excellent. There is a Starbucks located inside the hotel which is nice. The bartender, Angelina, treated each customer like we were her favorite customer and not just some stranger. If you are stranded in Chicago due to a flight cancellation, this is the place to stay. And if you are not stranded, this is a good place to stay.

Rock solid accommodations. Some of the room furnishings are awkward or uncomfortable. Hard to find something to watch on TV. Charging hotel guests for parking seems like a scam. Clean facility. Friendly helpful staff.

Really love this hotel. Conveniently located near the trains to downtown. Also has a nice restaurant that has good food. Staff at front desk have always been helpful and friendly. I stay here a lot and they actually remember me
Rooms are laid out perfectly for my stay. Like view from top floors.

For a hotel right by the airport, I was very surprised with such an enjoyable stay. Planes fly right above the hotel every few minutes, if not more often, but the noise is barely noticeable. Also, the rooms were reasonably priced, though overnight parking was $30 per night. The pool and hot tub are on the lower level, and several amenities are available there. They even had fresh hot towels! The staff is very friendly and helpful, and I noticed that the particular tea and coffee selections in the room that I had used were stocked twice as full for me the next day - a pleasant surprise. I would certainly stay here again.

Near public transit, the train station & the airport, but be aware that they charge *** $30 *** parking. Front desk handled terribly the issue. Better to park at CTA Blue Line Cumberland Garage (right next to the hotel).

I always enjoy this hotel. I have stayed here several times and always try to stay here for business. They have an airport shuttle that runs every 30min so I don't even need a car if I am not going many places. The restaurant has good food but is a bit pricey. The menu for room service is the same as well as you would expect. I liked the two rooms and nice shower. I am happy with the fact that you are able to check in early if you arrive before 3pm as other nearby hotels don't offer this...they are friendly and accomidating here with a starbucks inside and a good lobby to relax in if you have to wait for anything. Be sure to ask to have your parking ticket validated. I was in a hurry once and forgot. It was pricey for the daily rate without this. I am able to walk or uber to anywhere I need to be from here on shorter stays so it is a great location for me.

Terrible hotel with services and attitude towards its guests. 109 for double. Then they charge you $$ for every steps you take. You going into room 4.00$ for bottle of water. 13$ for internet, 30$ for parking lot. Problem is they never tell you those costs before you check in. Maybe its said on websites but person like me who dont use internet need infomations about those costs. me and my family friends never will stay here and other renaissance too.

Hotel was clean, quiet, friendly, very close/ short walk to train stop (35min to get downtown). Ismail at front desk was extremely knowledgeable/ helpful in providing accurate directions & time frame for various day trips. Starbucks in the lobby. Clean/ cool gym space with TV for each treadmill. Excellent accommodations. Highly recommended.

Found a USED NEEDLE in our hotel room. Staff was VERY dismissive and only offered a candy from their candy bar as initial compensation. Later spoke to the day manager and he comped our parking and WiFi. Still doesn't excuse the fact that our room was not properly cleaned and the front desk staff was super rude about it. Never staying here again.

Beautiful, ambiance. Friendly front desk! Chocolate mints at the front desk and Starbucks in the lobby. Parking garage, pay by the day. Beautifully appointed rooms and view, Aveda products and glass shower with lots of room...room 904 was great! I will stay here again with no hesitation!

Hotel was nice, clean, rather quiet, and comfortable. Starbucks is on the premises. Due to COV-19, housekeeping and room service is minimal. Pool and gym are open, however, jacuzzi is not at this time.

Shuttle comes whenever th it feels like it. Dont plan on/depend on it. If you do get it, be first off, or youve got another 30 min to stand in line at check in. Bad night. Maybe not totally the hotles fault, but would find something else next stop over.

Comfortable hotel located close to O'Hare and CTA trains to downtown Chicago. The rooms are all suites, plenty of room to spread out for both work and rest. Staff is friendly, restaurant has a nice breakfast buffet, and there is a Starbucks in the lobby.
