It's only like 2 stops away from the airport via the blue line. The service was excellent. Also, there was a complementary shuttle to the airport when we were leaving so we didn't even have to pay for another train ride.

Great hotel, location and amenities. Rooms are spacious and very clean. I would absolutely recommend this place. The beds could be a little more comfortable but not any worse than other places, just not better either.

My stay was perfect. The staff was excellent. I had the best maid ever. She was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. I'm a corporate travel agent and I will be sending clients your way. I can tell them personally about my stay.

I was there for a close friends wedding. We had a few drinks at Rbar, there food and bar spot in the lobby. Staff was friendly and quick, the wedding space inside was amazing, bathrooms were clean, only down side how hard it was to get an Uber, literally took 20 minutes to find a ride.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Suites are nice and spacious. Exceptionally nice workout area on lower level. The on site dining is really delicious. Great hotel for business meeting.

Ok but not great. Beds are not very comfy. Staff not very helpful. Could be friendlier. The pullout couch in my room was terrible. Bad springs and a bar in the back... not a good night sleep

Staff was the best ever. Room very clean and comfortable. Only ate breakfast
there and it was very good, all kinds of choices. Blue line L station across the
parking lot. Indoor pool (movies on fri & sat nite),hot tub and exercise room.
Everyone helpful and friendly. Much better than expected.

Standard business hotel that's pretty nice. All the rooms are suites but they are not big. If you don't need two separate rooms, it might be better as one bigger room. The beds are nice at these Renaissance hotels, and the bathrooms are modern and clean and relaxing.

Have been here for several times. Most of employees are friendly. Parking is easy, shuttle are good. The room I got this time is larger than normal... but smell bad like swimming pool change room... but it is fine. I love the seafood pasta here but they never have it. Actually they closed the resturant at 8:20 pm that day, so all guests have to stay outside in bar area for food... not a comfort experience eating on those low tables. The scallops here was my wife's 1st choice, however she told me they were not fresh, I did not try but they do look bad.
They have 3 employees there but only 1 as server in bar area. Thus server never come to table area, I had to go to the bar for refill, never experience such thing ever... even chick fil a girls help me refill... I understand they may have productivity requirement, but the manager or supervisor just stand there do nothing during such busy hour with about 15+ customers there.
I had great experience before, but this time it is awful. I will not recommand here to my friends and colleagues, at least I will tell them the resturant here is not good...

Parking: Good
Front Desk: Excellent ( Sunday morning 9/27 team is not that good)
Resturant: The server was hard working but I still not get served... food not fresh deduct 2 points.
Room is good, matress is good, smells bad...
Price: Fair.
Safety: Good.
T mobile phone have good signal since T mobile office is next building. ATT signal good.

The room was nice, looked as if it was recently rennovated. Loved the shower the most. The lobby wasreally nice looking too. It was great the hotel had a Starbucks inside & that it was so close to the blue line L. 2 things I didn't like was that A) it was about 20+mins from downtown Chicago and since traffic is insane it was usually 45mins and b) $30 for parking in the garage. I could see paying if it were downtown but not where it is now.

This hotel is easily reached from the city , for travelers coming into or going out of O'hare by the blue line, 2nd stop out of the O'hare blue line terminal. Off the blue line, go up the escalator or elevator, out the CTA turnstyle immediatley go left , go past the first escalator and elevator til you run into the next elavator and stair set , down the elevator and a hard right on foot , you folliw the sidewalk and about 50 paces ahead on the left,BAM. Maybe Chicago s best kept secret in a hotel accomodation. I should mention that as long as you are able bodied enough to roll and / or carry your own luggage you ll save 35 to 100 dollars taking the blue line and get to the hotel faster than ubering or cab. You are very welcome , please comment your own experience.

Having been burn by a previous Chicago hotel that promised 4-star experience but didn't deliver... I was wary of what the Renaissance would offer. I'm happy to say that it was fantastic! The lobby is large and full of work space and meeting areas. The rooms had a desk to work. There was a Starbucks and a restaurant in there. Everything was world class! I even went outside to the nearby park to walk. I couldn't believe how much green was just 5 minutes away.

Close to O'Hare. Northeastern rooms tend to be loud due to the Blue Line, but the accommodations, styling, and layout all feel more upscale. Parking and Wi-Fi not included in standard rooms.

Typical good Marriott service. 1-br suite was spacious and comfortable. Convenient location if you're on a quick stopover and want to stay close to the airport. The Blue Line is right across the street, but the ride into the city is close to an hour.

Very aesthetically pleasing building, front desk service was great, bar service was great, but I found someone's leftover sock under my bed. Normally I'd only knock one star off for that, but if I'm spending over $250/night the stakes are higher. It's double or nothing.
