Reiss Edwards previously helped my company 'Trutec UK Ltd.' to secure a Tier-2 visa of one of our employees. Her visa was refused due to some wrong advice but finally her visa was approved. During the whole process, Hateem and Alina were extremely helpful and managed the case well.

I am writing this review for anyone who is looking for help with immigration service and are unsure who to use. I highly recommend contacting Reiss Edwards before anyone else. I have been trying to get a visa for my spouse (now wife) to move back to the UK with me. Firstly, Amar, who I believe is the general manager helped me with with questions via email for free rather than quoting me prices to use their service. Amar walked me through the process and explained who we would eventually need a lawyer.. The price for their company's service is more than worth it. In my opinion, what they have done for us is priceless. We paid half of the service fee and still received first class service from a lady named Katherine. I can not thank this individual enough for how she helped us. We personally had a few issues with the visa process due to covid, but Katherine was there every step of the way. Emails were always replied to at a rapid pace, and Katherine never said no if we asked her to call us and discuss our case.

The visa process can be a bit daunting due to the amount of information we have to give to the UK home office. But Katherine at Reiss Edwards and one of her co-workers Charity put everything into order, made sure we missed no required documents and double and tripled checked our final application details until they knew we hadn't missed anything. The result....we received my wife's approved visa in record time. My wife is a now able to move from Colombia back to the UK. The whole process can be expensive due to the government fees, so I highly recommend Reiss Edwards as your attorney so you don't make any mistakes and have your application rejected. Otherwise you have to pay again. We nearly had this mistake due to an issue while we were doing my wife's Biometric scan In Medellin.

My wife was stuck in immigration for 6 hours in city airport, they refused her entry into the UK becuase our spouce visa application was going through an apeal. I don't normally write reviews, but I thought my experience with Reiss Edwards (Marija and Younes, in particular) warranted one. Although my previous immigration issues had been handled by my company's firm, I was swayed to use Reiss Edwards for my own citizenship application after a friend with a complicated residency issue recommended them as professional and effective. My application was also not straightforward, due to extensive work travel. Reiss Edwards gave me excellent advice, managed to work with my rather difficult schedule, and delivered a successful application. They were helpful all the way through the process, and great value for money.

When my wife's 5 year visa (family member of EEA citizen) expired we needed to apply for her Permanent Residence Card.

Foolishly we decided to fill out the forms our self and provide the supporting documentation. After 6 months of agonizing waiting we got the dreaded letter saying our application was rejected and my wife needed to make arrangements to leave the country, this sent us into panic mode and we had to scramble to get things sorted asap.

I remember calling loads of different solicitors on the phone and just getting more and more confused. The last call I made was late in the afternoon to Reiss Edwards as a friend said we might get a good and clear service there. I got connected to Mr Amar Ali who seems to be one of the head Honcho's there and he calmed me down straight away and said that he could work the situation. He said he wanted to see me in person and could find some time for me the next day and he would explain everything there instead of confusing me on the phone.

I went to the Reiss Edwards office in Holborn, Central-London and met Mr Ali who was very nice and calm. He explained a few different scenarios to me and decided the best way of going about things was to put in a fresh application with the home office. He promised that one of his team would make a list of all the documents I would need.

I have to say in the beginning the team of mr Ali seemed to change quite often and I had to speak to various different people explaining the situation a few times as people were not aware of the situation at hand. This did not fill me with confidence to start with. Till I spoke to Verusha Ishwar who was put on my case by Amar and from there on the service has been absolutely amazing. Throughout the whole process she kept her patience with me. I used to call continuously when I did not understand the reasons for some of her requests but she kept explaining things to me calmly and did not get angry when my behaviour was unkind at times. (this due all the stress for my family mounting more and more).

This weekend 13/11/15 we got the letter from home office saying my wife's Permanent residence card was granted. The weight that fell of my shoulders was enormous and we can now finally start looking forward and build our life here in the UK after nearly a year of uncertainty.

Recently myself and my daughter got the settlement visa to come to UK from Bangladesh. Our case was extremely complicated. Our case worker was ANDY TIEU. He is well experienced, professional. Myself and my daughter used to live in uk and had to leaveUK in 2010. My husband was a student when we left the country in 2010. We never even dream that we would be able to come to UK again.
My husband got the PR in 2016. As our case was very complicated but Andy was preparing and guiding very professionally. We was working very hard for our case. We used to get him on the phone whenever we wanted. Trust me, he never gets annoyed, always a nice smile and talk. One thing I have to tell, he was even working for our case in the weeked. Believe me or not, his presentation at the VF CENTER IN BANGLADESH was extremely prepared and organised. As a result, we have submitted all papers at VF centre on Thursday and we got the result on Monday. Basically, the visa officer took two days to decide our case. Means the visa officer must well impressed. As the average applicant get the out come after six week. We even did not submit the priority service.

My visit visa was refused and I was assigned an intern from this firm who made many mistakes on the 4 page cover letter. I had to ask many times for these silly mistakes to be corrected before finally submitting the visa application to the home office. The visa was refused and I asked the company what is the estimated costs, and chance of success in launching a judicial review since I see it pointless to submit another application. The person said she has forwarded my email to the senior solicitor who never answered. I would have appreciated a short sentence of 'we cannot take your case further' if they were not interested in assisting me further.
I took my case elsewhere and got the visa.

On the plus side, they answer very fast with emails.
