My wife was stuck in immigration for 6 hours in city airport, they refused her entry into the UK becuase our spouce visa application was going through an apeal. The chances of getting my wife through immigration was practically impossible as they had already made their decision. I was called up Yonus and he gave me an experiance that I will never forget. He was calm, clear and very proffesional my situation was an emergancy! my wife was ready to be put on the next flight back home to Brazil and I needed immediate attention. Yonus understood my situation very quicky through his experince. He explained to what was happening and what was about to happen he also gave me advise on what to say. The end result was that I followed every word that he said and they override the decision and my wife allowed through.
