My partner needed a visa. Our previous experience with two London solicitors had been less than positive, so we found a third. Given these experiences, I started out sceptical. I found this firm, and was put through to Amar Ali, who gave me the best advice I had had so far. He laid out the options, and advised us to wait a while before applying in orfer to comply with Home Office criteria. The case was taken over by Marija Stricevic when we did eventually start the process. Her communication and eye for detail were excellent. We felt positive about the chances of success, though could not of course relax until the visa was in our hands. Now it is. Uncertainty around immigration status is stressful, and the entire process taxing. I am notoriously perfectionist in my aproach to most things, and especially in matters which can define my and my partner s future. In this case, the service was outstanding. Great experience overall ! It helped me to manage my stress while going through a very stressfull visa application. At first I had a senior sollicitor who didnt have much time for me, so that kind of worried me and made me quite stressed. But then, Katherine Fermo has been put on my application and has been the sollicitor that has helped me, she was so reactive, answering to my queries on a daily basis and very quickly. We got everything sorted in like 2 Months (obtaining resident card and everything), and she has been offering lots of support to us. No fault on Reiss Edwards, it was delays at the Home Office, but it was good to have someone on our side , just someone to talk to ,you certainly can't talk to anyone at UKVI, unbelievable, but that's the system .
