Despite the Brexit rush, the horrendous waiting times (and the silly decisions we all heard or know about), EEA permanent residence sorted for all family members within a couple of months. Well what can I say about Joe. A very good lawyer, extremely knowledgeable from the outset of our initial phone conversation which gave me confidence immediately appointing him, especially after comparing him to other immigration lawyers I had spoken too. Joe is precise on immigration law being absolute specific on potential complexities surrounding my wife's case with clear explanations, and very helpful, and also advised me in person, which separated him from the other lawyers I had previously spoken too. This shows his genuine interest in my case. He is also extremely forward thinking and realistic to add to his supreme competency, and subconsciously you know you are in very safe hand's with Joe.

Firstly, I would like to state that Rem is a star! Rem always treated my case with the utmost seriousness throughout that the predicament warranted. He was knowledgeable in the area of immigration law, and I felt as if he was a reliable go to person for advice on any questions I had throughout the dealings of my case. He constantly eased my mind throughout with pragmatism, efficiency, forward thinking approach.

I also worked with Marija and I found her extremely professional, responsiveness to e-mails, patient and knowledgeable. I found her easy to work with especially in dealing with the most important part of the case, which was preparing and submitting the Spouse visa application.

I needed help with a visa and Younes was kind enough to point me to the right direction and was very honest and straight forward. He helped me with the process even though they don't usually work with the kind of visa I needed. I will certainly recommend them to friends and family if they ever need legal help.

Younes provides a horrible service he doesn't respect his client and he is not professional at all.
Dealing with younes is like having a conversation with yourself. He does not answer to any emails. He said that he will send me email within 2 days that never actually arrive ( more than 3 months now) and I have tried to contact him more than 4 times and he keep apologizing and saying he will answer by the next day but without any answer.
He does not seem to care about the client to get back to people with the result after treating the case .
I would score him Zero if it would let me with very poor experience, I would not recommend it at all.

After a year long wait on my wife's ILR visa, we were shocked to know that her visa was rejected. I enquired few renowned solictiors in London and Reiss Edwards was one of them. Amongst all, the advice I received from Joe was nowhere comparable with others. He is honest, straight-forward, confident and capable of handling difficult situations with his cool. Mr Joe Dinh has been extraordinarily helpful in dealing with visa refusal Appel on indefinite leave to remain .He was very professional throughout assuring me that he was capable of getting a positive result. I have been to so many solicitors in london( Whitechapel ,north london ,Victoria ,west london with no hope and lost soo much money and stress to the extent of depression,completely gave up until my friend adviced me about Reiss Edwards . When initially dealing with this matter by myself I found the whole process both very complicated and stressful and so decided I needed professional help in resolving it. A quick online search gave me the details of several immigration lawyers including Reiss Edwards. I phoned several companies but found Reiss Edwards to be more effective. I spoke to a gentlemen there called Andy Tieu who I immediately found to be very helpful, informative and professional. Just being able to deal with someone like this was a big relief and I immediately felt as though a massive weight had been lifted from my shoulders. To be very honest its very short time when I approached to Reiss Edward regarding my Tier 1 Accelerated route application , It s a complex case because UKBA changed their policy in April and I approached lot of firm but no one can tell me proper guidance , when I approached Reiss Edward they tell me proper advice as per UKBA guidance policy.

In details, I initially used another solicitor for a ILR long residence application, which was rejected on wrong grounds and the solicitors wanted me to charge extras for appealing and hire another solicitor.
I decided to use another solicitor to represent as I couldn't trust them anymore.
I talked to Jo from Reiss Edwards to explain my situation, where he clearly explained where the home office had gone wrong without any charge.
He even took his own time to do extra research and called me back to back up precious call and advised of possible directions and solutions. He was never pressurising me to sign up with the company but only explained what the company could do for me.
Long story short, due to personal circumstances we decided to reapply rather than appeal as time was the key aspect.
With Jo, I got my ILR on the day with formal apology from the home office for the previous error.
Jo then took further to make complaint and request for the refund where I was refunded for the full amount!

This is just my short story but I would highly recommend them without any hesitation.
They truly do take full ownership for their each individual client.

We owe a debt a gratitude to Younes and Marija for helping us out of a very tricky situation. We were with another advisor when our visa application was refused due to a human error by the Home Office. All immigration firms we have spoken to resort to the easiest way reapplication despite acknowledging it wasn t our fault. Even our then advisor didn t want to take the risk of challenging the decision legally. But Younes did, and he managed to overturn the decision just in time so we can make our wedding date. He also offered free consultation and charged us at a fraction of a cost that others quoted us.

We then have the pleasure of working with Marija, who has taken great care in our Spouse application. There wasn t one thing we told her that hasn t been captured in the application accurately. My wife and I were victims of a bad decision by the UKBA and for three years have battled to have it overturned.
We have been through solicitor after solicitor. Most of them gave the advice to just accept the situation, or for my wife to return to the Philippines and start all over again.
We tried Members of Parliament, who were about as much use as a chocolate teapot.
We tried citizens advice, who didn't even match up to the Members of Parliament.
Then we were fortunate enough to meet Amar Ali and everything started to change.
Amar is one of the most genuine people I know, he takes pride in what he does and checks all possibilities before making a decision to act. His not afraid to seek advice from barristers, even though he is very knowledgable on immigration law.
The staff at Reiss Edwards also made life a lot easier, as nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble for them.
Our problem with Home Office has now been completely resolved and we received a letter of apology from the UKVI people, who admitted their mistake. My wife was given indefinite leave to stay, whereas she would have been on the 2nd 2 1/2 year period of the 10 year route, before being able to apply for ILR.
There is one good thing that came out of the 3 year period of hell we suffered and that was to make a new and special friend. Mr. Amar Ali we will definitely be keeping in touch and we are proud to call you a friend. Thank you so much.

Fantastic Service Recieved On My Family Visa.

After what seemed like such a long wait to get the decision on our application, we were over the moon when we recieved our family visa for my husband and son. They took the nerve racking and confusing process of applying first for my indefinite leave to remain and then my naturalization and broke it down to an understandable and reassuring process. They are professional, friendly, and charge a very reasonable amount.
