Reiss Edwards offer a highly commendable service. Their staff are widely equipped and offer a very calming and knowledgable guide through whatever issues the client is dealing with. Response time either via email or phone is as fast as possible (as fast as it is for them to get answers to your issues). Brilliant! I needed a spouse visa for my wife and Katherine Fermo, assigned to us by Reiss Edwards, made this very stressful process appear rather seamless. She put our minds at ease and was the one who kept calm when my wife and I started to panic (slightly). Katherine outlined exactly what we needed and the way it should be presented, and then made sure it was ready for submission. This is not the kind of thing you would want to repeat, so it's important to have someone who understands the system. The consultation lasted more than one hour due too my case being a bit complex.

I was refused a returning resident visa, I contacted a few immigration lawyers. Most of them were happy to take my case but showed no research into what I had sent them but were very happy to discuss payment. I received a email response from Younes at Reiss Edwards that was so different to the others. Younes has clearly read my refusal and application and dissected it in an email with the pros and cons of submitting and Administrative Review. What was refreshing that price was not discussed until the 4th or 5th email. I chose Younes of Reiss Edwards for his ground work and honesty. My case was far from clear cut as most returning resident visas are. The home office took 37days (of a guidance of 28) to reach a decision, in that time Younes promptly responded to my emails in a professional manner. I have no hesitation recommending Younes of Reiss Edwards. The home office on the submission of what was an amazing Admin Review request overturned the original decision and I can now make the plans to leave Australia and return to my waiting family in the UK. Having heard from people in the industry that this visa was under extreme scrutiny, I was very nervous with the application. After having a bad experience with some other lawyers, I came to Reiss Edwards to deal with my immigration matter.I was very impressed with the fact that my Indefinite Leave to Remain application was successful 9 weeks after the submission, Mr Joe Dinh offered comprehensive advice for all the documents required, filling the application form, as well as a writing a representation letter that was base my case. Our experience with Reiss Edwards has been amazing. Initially we were given a proper informative briefing on what is expected from us by Andy. I have had a really tough time with getting my husbands Visa. My last immigration lawyer made many mistakes that caused stress, disappointments and sadness.
I was weary about getting another lawyer as I thought I was going to go through the same experience but no, it turned out better than what I had hoped or even imagined.
What I received was: constant emails and calls updating me and asking if anything else is needed. If I called and they missed my phone call I would get a call back within 10 minutes. All of my documents were carefully checked and I would get a reply the next day if anything was missing or not correct. There were times that I was impatient and asked to just send the visa off, but was reminded that everything had to be perfect and correct before submitting the application. I was told about every option I had and discussed what the best would be. I was always spoke in a nice, calm, polite manner.
The overall intelligence of this team, especially Anna Foley for me, is outstanding. I am speechless. Anna done such an amazing job on my husband s application that although we couldn t apply for the fast service and was told to wait for 12 weeks, we got a reply within 5 weeks.

We met Amar initially and then Charity, who was appointed to handle our file.

Both Amar and Charity are lovely people, always willing to help and sorted out things for us within the time limits.

Amar has been extremely supportive throughout, right from day one. We didn't have any second thoughts about Reiss Edwards after meeting Amar initially.

I must say that their response was quick to both myself and my partner (sponsor) while we were apart in different countries during the application process.

Charity has helped me throughout on skype calls to fill the application. She helped and guided me throughout which was absolutely amazing. After we submitted the documents she made sure right documents were further forwarded.
