We have had an amazing experience with Reiss Edwards, specifically with Katherine Fermo who was our case worker. She was responsive and efficient and helped us with our specific circumstance. Katherine helped us do a holding application and then to further apply for our spousal visa. We paid for the priority service and got a response within 24 hours of the biometrics appointment! We would definitely recommend working with Katherine if you feel like you need assistance with your visa, she made the whole process less daunting and was incredibly reassuring.
