James was extremely helpful and supportive throughout my rough visa application period, he's always replied to my messages with patience and empathy. What I really liked about the service is that if you ever need to speak to someone in person, James (and his other colleagues) would go out of their way to make sure it happens.
We managed to send off my application 3 days earlier than scheduled, and I received my application result after merely 6 working days. Overall it was a good experience and a massive mental relief.
