Well. I've been in some hotels before, but this hotel was a bit disappointing. Leaky windows. Burnt out bulbs and bathrooms in need of renovation ... The attached restaurant offers really good food, because if the dishes were also clean ... All in all, no end of the world, but for the price, well below the quality limit.

Nice hotel. Hospitable welcome. Ample parking free. Nice room. Excellent bathroom and shower. Excellent breakfast with all kinds of local products !! 20 minutes walk to cozy center or with the bus that stops nearby.

Room awkwardly decorated. Washbasin in the room. Missed a real bathroom. Well nice shower, rack for the shampoo hung loose so not to use, little place for towels but good bed. No closet in the room. The room was not cleaned properly. Hotel was dingy ... stains in carpet, stains on the dining chairs. A great breakfast!

Was fine, but don't go again.
Slow staff in the service, on the one hand not bad because the prices of a drink are impossible. Unfortunately allocated a room on arrival that had not been cleaned yet. We wanted to rent electric bikes but they were gone, they would see if they could arrange something for us, then heard nothing more. Breakfast was fine, but not fancy as described on the site. Beautiful surroundings and easy to do towards the center.

We were well received with a delicious piece of apple pie. Employees were friendly and helpful.

Today with friends had a high tea with the request to the cook if a bit could be taken into account with our diet. It sounds stupid, a high tea when you are on a diet. Still it is possible. We ate a delicious broth with wraps in advance, a board with wonderfully prepared eggs with various vegetables as filling. Followed by two salads with a smoothie, and then a shelf with fruit salad, a piece of cake and a few chocolates. We enjoyed and ate reasonably healthy. Recommended!

Best eaten. Also a lot of care to the presentation of the food. Overall, not a bad choice to eat here.

A hotel to recommend in Amersfoort, very decent prices, comfortable room, competent and friendly staff. And above all ... ESPECIALLY ... an exceptional restaurant. A high quality cuisine with succulent dishes, exceptional meat and well prepared, no shadow on the board. I recommend this property without reservation.

great staff, restaurant has a very limited menu. Com'on, not even a pasta??? The mattresses in the hotel are super soft. During week days this is a training center, noisy at night.

We booked with "VOS TRAVEL" half board, but unfortunately we were denied the evening meal. The reason of the hotel staff was, we had booked only nights with breakfast.
At home, the travel agency where I had booked, tried to clarify the facts. However, it was said from the hotel, we had the evening food taken, which of course was not true.
My personal opinion: mistakes can happen, but at least you have to be decency to stand by them. That's why only 2 stars.

Chic hotel, only tried the coffee and apple pie. We were here for a while after a nice walk in the neighborhood. The friendly was very friendly. Neat sleek decor. Nice prices. Compliments for the Bartender / Waiter who came to bring an extra cookie on Sunday for our little man of one and a half. His kindness was greatly appreciated. Just that little extra step that makes so much more!

Just come in looks good, but NO bicycle parking bad thing for a 4 star hotel.Pepper expensive bikes, well there you are We stayed 2 nights, room fine but could not sleep.The music went on all night They had forgotten to turn off terrace music. We had dinner there which I also found to be a disappointment. Unfortunately, no 2nd x for us.

very extensive food, with wine and dessert with wine, had something great to celebrate, it was
not paying attention to money.
the starter was excellent but the other dishes became less and less.
for the fairly high price that we have paid that evening, we will certainly not return here.
the attention was not really great. have to wait long and ask for the next course.

The hotel is good. The rooms are big.It has a heritage look.

The location is great. Entrance and the looks of it from the outside is really nice. My room is definitely small but it s just perfect for a 3 nights stay and I do like it. Bathroom smells moldy though (-1 star) that I have to keep it open all the time. The crew? Not as friendly to the people with color. I asked a woman who worked there for directions and after she did, she rolled her eyes. Hmmmm...and the 3 days I was there, 2 days has been a hallway with paints, paint brushes, tarps and etc. (-1 star). They could do more training on customer service with all races if they prided themselves in the hospitality business.

The room was not clean. The staff at the lounge bar were insufficiently hospitable. The reception and breakfast staff worked almost as well as at Bloemendal Castle in Vaals, so that was excellent!

For 81 you get a peace of nothing.. spending more money should make it.

Wonderful wonderful hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, the bathroom is clean, shower works perfectly, and some amenities are provided. Sleeping is okay - the beds were a little hard for my liking, and despite windows being completely shut, you can hear noise from the outdoor restaurant area.

For food, they have their own restaurant, and the food was great though a little pricey, however that is due to your food getting the best special attention. There's a wonderful meat and vegetarian selection, and their cheesecake was delightful. Service was slow, and we had to walk up to them to ask for service several times, however I know that slow service is common around here.

Breakfast was fab. There was a huge selection where everyone's needs were met - there was bread, baked goods, fried savoury items, cornflakes, huge selection of hot drinks and cold drinks too. I was very pleasantly surprised at the lovely breakfast experience. The breakfast room was nice and staff cleaned up leftover rubbish and plate really quickly and well.

Overall, and evidently, this place far exceeded my expectations and provided me with a wonderful stay. I would 100% recommend this hotel anyday.

This hotel is truly a plus hotel, it's a nice place. The hotel offers an extra service in the form of a free bar opposite the reception where you can grab coffee, tea, flavored water, sweets, fruit, etc.
The hotel is also easily accessible by public transport.

Very noisy, we were in room 113, right in front of us a cafe restaurant where loud music came today.

Nice, strange that they immediately offer a better room at an additional cost of 10 euros per night. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast: plenty and nice and fresh!
Room ok, only beds a bit too soft for us. Drinks and food in the hotel are a bit on the expensive side.

For those who want to see the Netherlands outside of Amsterdam or prefer to sleep outside the city, this could be a good solution. Characteristic hotel in architecture and, I would say, anceh in the furnishings. Efficient and kind staff. Some of the rooms, I believe a good part, have been renovated and more than acceptable. A good restaurant inside and a breakfast that is more than satisfactory. Unfortunately the fitness center is missing.

Nice food, but my overnight stay was brutally disrupted by immense banging of doors. Both by wandering customers and wrongly adjusted fire doors. Management didn't seem to bother my feedback.
