not exactly customer-friendly help, endless waiting in the phone, 2x 30 minutes called, nobody on the line ... so also not helped. first I received my pass by mail and now someone special needs to come and drive to you and that should also take another 3 weeks ..... what a misery KIWA!

Scammers !!! Just a new driver card taxi G3 that already no longer works and the driver can simply pay for the costs of 139.15 because they provide a bad card. And no, they do not send a free new one!

Unkind operators, and most of the time they don't listen well and give wrong information. Very arrogant operators and employees. Kiwa do something about it.

Kiwa does several things but I know them from the taxi pass. If one gets a new pass then one comes to bring it personally. Everything is neatly arranged.

Unbelievable that this is a "commercial" company, unfortunately you can't go anywhere else, because if there were an alternative, then KIWA would have been bankrupt in no time. What an administrative amateurs.

What I find particularly strange is that there are reviews with 5 stars ... you would almost think that they are employees because KIWA has never heard of service.

The worst and most unnecessary orginization that ever exists. How can you start a taxi company when such an idiot organization is bothering you ... to help you do not, just ask for money. Scandalous! I wanted to order a seafarer's book, to work on commercial vessels, applied for it but haven't had all documents.
They charged 89.90 Euro for telling me,you have not all the required documents.
I would like to make money the way, they do.

I have been working on my taxi for almost 2 months now, the necessary forms have been sent and have still not been received they say so I don't know what they are doing at the kiwa but I find this outrageous and since I am have to earn bread as a taxi driver and now I can not work I am not happy with it ....... What an incredible failure at this organization. Nothing in order. Bizarre waiting times and file numbers that suddenly disappear. Ridiculous!
