I have personally always dealt mainly with Chris Gibbons, I have always found him extremely helpful. He goes above and beyond with his role at Lamberts even when I am having a breakdown at the end of the phone or on an email for one reason or another! ha! Thank you for all your hard work so far :)
All issues are always sorted out very quickly. Lamberts have just taken over from the previous agents, and we can definitely see the difference. So far their service has been to the highest possible standard.

Awful company who act illegally and don't even check the leases of their clients! Imagine having your property manager trespass in your garden with other people who aren't meant to be there! On top of that, instructing works on other peoples property! This is criminal damage instructed by William Henneker, the corrupt property manager of Lamberts who treats tenants unequally ! AVOID!!!
I appointed James at Lamberts as my party wall surveyor and have been very pleased with his service. James guided me through the process and kept me informed of developments. I would not hesitate to use Lamberts again.
Amazingly rude people. Criminally incompetent. No heating in flat for now almost 3 months. They keep making up excuses as they can't deal with issues. Probably understaffed and lack the right contracts and sub contractors to support their asset portofolio.
Called them and they said I shouldn't complain as I have a replacement tiny oil heater that should be enough for a 2 bed apartment (I'm looking at you Chad). Call was terminated as I shouldn't be contacting them. I was asked to stay home a number of times to give them access. Never show up.
I'm surprised they are allowed to manage buildings. They clearly lack the skills to support this and evidently there seems to be no process in place to deal with an emergency.
A council or authorities should look into these people. Sounds like they made up their roles and expertise.
Excellent service from Lamberts in managing my block. Staff are helpful and problems are always resolved quickly. Chris was particularly proactive in organising repairs following a water leak from the flat above. 5 star service.
