Room OK but strange design w basin & @ headboard of bed! Poorest quality toilet paper!

A very friendly and courteous hotel with corresponding staff. The double rooms are clean and very nicely decorated. The room staff has fresh towels but the old ones did not come along which was the only flaw in the matter. Nice garden and great surroundings.

A very nice location with good service. The halls and the restaurant are nicely decorated. The apple pie is delicious!

Affordable accommodation at Amersfoort. Approximately 20 minutes walk (2km) from the city center. The hotel itself is nice and makes a lot from the outside. Negatively noticed is however the still incomplete cleaning of the rooms after 18 o'clock, with check in from 15 o'clock that should not happen. The rooms are simply furnished but in order. However, I have been sold two single beds as a king size double bed. Negatively noticed is the noise, the rooms are very poorly insulated. Activities in the corridor and in neighboring rooms can be overheard live. Especially the use of doors makes it frightening at night.

Very nice hotel, great location fantastic staff with great service feeling. Nice room and delicious breakfast in a nice space.

Nice place. Easily accessible by both public transport and car. Nice staff who know how to ensure that guests are welcome and create a great atmosphere. I like to come here for a meeting, an excellent cup of tea or a lunch.

Staying here as i type. Most uncomfortable chair by working desk (asked reception for help with getting another .... nada) Cushions are not even helping much. Room overlooking the street is badly soundproofed and constant passing car noise. Finally my room stinks. Stench coming from around door area as well as shower area.

We have done a high tea here, was very good, service very good and cozy. Parking is no problem here.

Beautiful hotel in a nice area. Room neat and clean and friendly staff. Rooms a bit noisy but when we were troubled by the noise of the neighbors, immediate action was taken by the staff and this was resolved neatly.

Food is good but it takes a very long time before it comes to the table. It seems like the operation or the kitchen can't handle it. Short of staff??

Today had a high tea in the Best Western Berghotel. Excellent quality and quantity. There were 6 pots of loose tea on the table and if you wanted a different taste, you could indicate that. You got 3 courses: sweet, savory (with a soup) and closed with sweet again. Recommended.

Uncomfortable, a lot of dust in the room, a heating system (the radiator turns the heating off is noisy). At night it is hard to fall asleep; After the first day, only the rubbish was carried away, which was not flattened, which was on the floor. Room i siurptas only the second day. Location pretty quiet, but the dust on the table on the switch cabinets ..and air ... For that kind of money it did not work and do not recommend!

Well located hotel. From the hotel you are in the center in no time.

Very nice room and very tasty food in the brasserie

Nice terrace with pleasant seats. Along a forest and away (is not busy). High tea in 3 rounds: sweet, savory, sweet. Neatly prepared with freshly prepared dishes. Service was friendly and quick (but not rushed) only 2x forgot that we had asked for something. All in all great experience and definitely recommended!

Okay accommodation place. Very cramped for the space at breakfast.

Reception friendly only with the dinner what I had already paid had never worked, speak better from the front desk wuste and asked what time I want dinner so it should be clear that someone who has already paid, got it cheaper but yes ever paid

Every morning there is a truck that is unloading goods verry loudly its verry annoying the rest is ok accept the scrambled eggs they taste like nothing

Had a meeting and arranged everything again top. Having eaten something after the meeting was great.

The only comment is that after the meeting we had a drink in the room where we also had dinner. That is not fun, handy or easy

Hotel is nice beds sleep well the rooms may be modernized and the menu card in the restaurant may be a bit more extensive

to make the building more parking space and upgrade the building itself every 20 years, especially indoors

Nice hotel: great good food, good service with allergies, rooms are cleaned well, and also look very neat .. Negatives: room cards do not function properly. I had to walk back three times to the reception for a new pass (quite an end) to enter my room. Furthermore, no room has a balcony except the bridal suite. Keep this in mind if you are a smoker!

Nice hotel, decent rooms, good and extensive breakfast. We found the beds a bit hard or the pillows a bit high .. unfortunately we did not sleep well. Tip, bring your own pillow. Furthermore, great hotel!

I had a wonderful meal here with a group of 10 people on 22 October 2011, after having been received extremely hospitably. We were certainly not the only company. The first impression upon entering was one of tranquility and comfort. The restaurant was well occupied and the offer of very good quality. Nothing but praise for the service. It is a pity that this was just a dinner, because the hotel is high on my list of favorites to spend the night there. Highly recommended ...!
