I'm a business owner in the market for a new pick up truck. I called Regal and spoke with Brittney N(the most pleasant young lady I ever spoken with!) She set me up an appointment with Jeff (awesome salesman) to check out some of their trucks. This whole process was as smooth as ice! I got there and Jeff was ready to roll. He was very informative and straight forward! Because of my experience with Brittney N. and Jeff I would recommend this place to anyone.

I purchased a very good used car from Regal Nissan earlier this year for my wife. Have taken it for service (routine checks and oil changes, etc.) and received excellent service from Service Adviser Aaron Skipper - polite, professional, knowledgeable, and honest. Mr. Skipper lets me know what needs to be done to the car, how much it will cost, and when it will be ready. Ask for Aaron Skipper in the Regal Nissan Service Center - you will be glad you did!

They were great to work with. Could not figure out...

They were great to work with. Could not figure out what exactly was wrong with my car. Went down the wrong path because the computer in my car wouldn't tell them exactly what the issue was. Ended up not charging me for the labor of the first solution they tried and when the computer finally told them it was the fuel pump they took care of it. Mike Little was amazing to work with. They made me feel important and well taken care of. I still have one small issue that I will be addressing tomorrow but I know i'm in good hands

Worst Dealer , And i say because they call you to ...

Worst Dealer , And i say because they call you to their showroom , giving you a absurd and wrong deal . They tell you 16000 OTD and in showroom they will charge 20000$ and will say you misunderstood the conversation on phone. Dealer i went in through was Randy dombrosky.So if thats the guy giving you some deal he is fooling you. Don't confirm because he'll say yes for everything in the end when you reach to meet him. he'll fool you saying no dealer will give you a better deal. IDIOTs

This is THE ONLY place I trust to work on my car. My family has been a Nissan family ever since I was born, and these people kept my parents and myself safe while driving, and helped me get through the weird and scary process of selecting my first car! Since then, I ve had three cars, all Nissans, and all from Regal Nissan. Today my car wasn t working right, so I made an appointment and they were able to see me 20 minutes later. Then I got a free shuttle home! The shuttle driver, Warren, is THE BEST conversationalist. Very real, down to earth, pleasant guy all around. Spectacular driver as well. If you ve got a problem with your Nissan, take it to these guys. They ll treat you like family every single time.

I was referred to the Collision Center at Regal Nissan by a coworker that had previously used their services, and they definitely lived up to expectations! I dropped my car off with Jeff on a Monday and the team there was able to get everything turned around and have my car back to me that Thursday (after having to write a supplemental estimate and order more parts)! On top of fixing the damage that I was there for, they also went out of their way to detail my car and buff out a mark on my bumper from a prior incident - all free of charge. The whole team was very professional and kind, and Jeff was super responsive to emails and phone calls throughout the entire process. I would definitely use this shop again and recommend anyone needing repairs done to reach out to them. Thank you, Jeff and team, for the amazing service!

The service experience was great, but the product not so great. My 2013 Altima has needed a new transmission, new A/C compressor, and a new shift box because it was stuck in park. I love the car, but I will not buy another Nissan.

I am generally always happy with service provided by this dealership. The short version of my long story is this: I purchased a new 2017 pathfinder on Nov. 20th, it had been previously driven by staff at the dealership, I asked that a few spots on the interior be cleaned and that the chips of paint missing on the exterior be fixed. It wasn't cleaned or repaired when I brought it in for this specific reason, two weeks after purchasing it. I even left it for two days and was provided a rental. When I came to pick it up it was clear that nothing had been done. After speaking with management, it was rescheduled to have these punch-list items taken care of. I am still waiting to have this completed and hope to provide a much happier survey at that time, I am scheduled for these repairs during the first week of January. I look forward to being finished with the process as soon as possible.

I am very happy with the service department. They are professional and courteous. The work is done right and in a timely matter. I bought my car at this dealership and have all my services done here. The prices are fair with everything explained upfront. They have never done or tried to do excessive work.

A-Rod was very knowledgeable and competent. He pointed out the necessary maintenance issues and quoted the prices. He was honest and recommended what I should do today and what could be delayed. Honesty is the most important quality of a an automobile service department. I know little about cars and I depend on the technician to be accurate and honest. If I felt I was not being treated honestly I would not return, and I would not buy my next car there. Regal Nissan service and integrity have been excellent. I am very satisfied, and I often recommend Regal to my friends.

They couldn't be more thorough and honest; steered me clear of multiple cars that did not have any initial indication of issues until I found the right one. Their parts department couldn't be nicer. Chris, behind the parts counter, is awesome.

Steve Vaughn patiently helped me navigate the mysterious pathway to obtain low-interest financing for a well-priced replacement battery on my 2011 Leaf. With his help, I sucessfully obtained a new battery (with a 100000 mile, 8 year warranty). Bottom line: I arrived with a battery operating at 70% capacity of the original 2011 Leaf, and left with a battery operating at 100% of the capacity of a 2015 Leaf.
In mileage terms, my range increased by at nearly 40 mile/charge.

Just started a new lease on a Nissan leaf and the crew at regal were absolutely amazing to work with. Great deal and in and out as fast as possible with zero complaints. Everyone was super accommodating and I'd gladly suggest anyone looking for a Nissan to shop here. My salesman was Jeff and he couldn't have been better. I never write reviews like this but I dreaded going to car dealerships and these guys fixed that for me.

Will went out of his way to extend to me great service on my Nissan Armada. I drove up after closing and happened to catch him still working with another customer who may have also driven up after hours. I asked if I could leave my car for the following day since I essentially had no brakes (brake fluid leak) and instead of just letting me do that, he brought my car inside the bay to troubleshoot the problem so it would be ready to go the next morning. He also made sure I had a way home before leaving for the day. Above and beyond customer service. It is so appreciated.

I'm not happy at all. I'll never come to this place ever again, even if I purchase another nissan. My first experience was good ( Chris was professional) even if it did cost me. I wish i would have dealt with the people from the first visit. But the second time I had to deal with a rude manager and rude mechanic, that want to assume and make decision for you.

He was my Advisor when I had my 2006 Nissan Pathfinder and went up and beyond when transmission modular went out and the third party warranty company wasn't going to VALIDATE it under my Warranty, Paul Smith took care of me then. My husband and I came in to attempt to trade in our 2007 Honda Accord for something used with decent miles and in our price range. We gave this information to our salesman, Tyler Jackson, and after looking at their used inventory we were shown and test drove a brand new Altima. All the numbers worked and we drove it home. The entire staff was above kind even the ones in passing. Many thanks and we have already brought our parents back to buy a truck. Go see Tyler and let him know I sent you.

I received superb customer service from Mr.Will Cooper in the service department. I called at 5pm on a Monday to see if I could bring my vehicle in for an examination due to a seemingly dangerous malfunction. When I pulled up 30 minutes later, he welcomed me by name, popped the hood, and diagnosed the issue within 5 minutes. Within 30 minutes I was back out of there! Thanks Mr.Cooper for being so courteous and placing value in offering great customer service! I will definitely be returning to this dealership for future needs.

Waited 2 hours total for an oil change. After an hour and 15 mins, I went to check and they said oh has no one come to talk to you? They had not. I was given a list of things things that needed work including a headlight and both fog lights out. When I went to replace the fog lights last night, I found they had been unplugged. The man who checked me out was also unable to apply the oil change/rotation mailer voucher correctly.

Paul is the most professional, customer centric, thorough, accomadating service manager yet!! He took care of my concerns immediately and made me feel that I was in good hands at this dealership!
