Dear... Would you please explain these?
1. Did we confirm our appointment time ? FYI - We never confirmed our appointment time by phone, text message.
2. How much time did we spend in your showroom? FYI - 2 hours.
3. How much time your One And Only sales executive spent time with us? FYI - Not more than 5 min.... She was with other customer through out our stay at your showroom.
4. How we were rude to your staff? This is very much bad part from you that instead of finding the cause, you are blaming us. Is this the value you give to your Customers ??????
5. If you are not going to accept the mistake by your Team/Manager, that is fine for us. But don't blame the Customers.... !!!

We made up our mind to buy Rouge and went to this dealer as this was the first dealer we did a test drive.... Mr. Ron Mienert is worst, impatient and very rude Manager. They kept us waiting for more than 2 hours and the manager came in and he doesn't have patience to talk to us for 2 mins. Very much disappointing with this dealer and especially with this rude manager... Don't go to this dealer at all....
