the only theatre to go to in knoxville! Imax 3d rocks!
Theater is clean and nice, but concessions are way too expensive
Always have a good time here and the movie quality is fantastic
Great theatre and great core staff especially the management. Friendly and clean. Enjoy every time that we go to the theatre. Thanks
OK GREAT BUT 72$ FOR 1 ADULT AND 3 KIDS TO SEE A MOVIE 3D IMAX .. NOT SOMETHING MOST FAMILIES WILL BE WILLING TO PAY VERY OFTEN....
Check this out.We went to go see FROZEN 2.The granddaughter enjoyed the movie ,but still likes the first one better which I agree. The first one was better. This is a really nice place.Wish seats were a tad bit bigger, but they still were comfotable.Almost too comfortable.LOL. Staff was very friendly. We ordered the $6.98 deal. You get popcorn, pop & a small pk.of fruitsnacks, which isn't too bad of a deal.We gave 4 stars because of their prices $6.95 for a small pop alone is very outrageous. I can see $2 maybe $3 .Movie prices were high.We were in town visiting for Christmas holiday. Now we are on our way to Fort Pierce,Florida where we just bought our retirement home. The next movie we plan on seeing is Jumanji 2 .
Clean, crisp screen, nice spot to enjoy yourself even during the day.
Regal Pinnacle is a sure bet for Seniors of any age on a date night.
We went to see night school and our food was fresh and hot the service is very nice here
We have always had a great experience at this theater. The staff are always friendly and the theater is kept clean and well maintained. A bonus is that the theater looks amazing at night. Also, make sure you take advantage of the free rewards program they have, it gives you points for every movie you see.
Would love for this to be a great place for lunch. It just isn't. I work in this mall and hoped it would be a new go to place for my lunch hour. Their lunch menu has great variety and what I have tried was good. It's the service that is lacking. Sometimes waiting 10 minutes to be seated .....even when there are only 2 tables in use. Then waiting to order and be served only leaves a coveted few minutes to enjoy the food before running across the mall. I hope your experience is better...and I will not give up on this place. I do have hopes they will improve service.
Great curb appeal and greeted kindly, BUT the concession stand is VERY slow. Plz have more staff and teach them to keep the line moving not talk about personal issues or with friends.
We went and watch Hobbs and Shaw on the 4DX screen and is was amazing. Had water splashed on our face, wind blowing and rain dripping on our heads, not to mention the seats movement with the picture.
Large with many movies. Now they want their movie patrons to pick their seat before they go in. Dumb idea that most do not like. The auditorium we sat in smelled like dirty feet. Makes me wonder if any of the 18 auditoriums at this facility have been deep cleaned since it opened? I DON'T THINK SO!
They now have assigned seating which is stupid, controlling (as we didn't get to pick our seats), and a terrible idea.
So now you have to pick your seat when you buy tickets, how ridiculous! My son is seven and autistic, he likes to get there early and pick his seat. I watched as this caused mass confusion and made thing uncomfortable for some people when they had to ask someone to move because they had their seat. I am sure Regal has so much money they don't even care to lose business or they believe ( and maybe they are right) people will just accept it. It sure is a shame Regal has gotten so big that customers mean nothing to them. When confonting management, yhey said to just complain on the website in most, " I dont really care" voice. They have obviously been trained to give this answer from corporate. Big middle finger to you, Regal!
I was having a rough day. The bald manager who works there made it worse. One reason I love to see movies there at night/less crowded days.
The birthday was awesome movie was great could have used a little more popcorn for the movie but other then that it was ok but the older lady hosting the party was kind of rude to the children and kept calling the birthday girl by the wrong name and the children corrected her several times also it was too small of a room for everyone at the party.
I won t go anywhere else for a big release. Came here for every Star Wars release since Dukes of Hazard first premiered.
Great theater, lots of screens, comfortable seating. A little on the pricier side, but it's a more upscale theater.
This theatre is fantastical. I keep coming back to it over and over again. The best theatre ever.
I normally go to this Theater solely for their adaptive movie showing for children with sensory issues.
It's great for my son to enjoy a movie without getting overwhelmed because the lights are up & the sound is down to levels that aren't overbearing.
Clean, large selection of overpriced movie theater food, reclining seats with arm rests that raise up
You have to go watch a movie in the RPX theater, Very cool!
It is really nice that they give free ticket to people with disabilities
We had an awesome experience watching Endgame! The 3D glasses kinda induced a headache but the seats were really comfortable and the staff was super nice. My only real complaint is that this theater appears to be about $4-5 more expensive than others offering the same things. I suppose it's just a preference things if you come here!
Wonderful atmosphere, very comfortable for watching a movie!
clean movie theater still being kept in good repair
I should have went to Oak Ridge they have far better seating and actually a better theater by far
Just left the theatre after watching the 7:20 pm RPX showing (which is much more expensive) of Wonder Woman. There was a young child in our row who was on a phone playing a loud game the entire time, yelling, and running up and down the stairs screaming and hanging off of the railing. An usher came in three times while this was happening, walked right NEXT to the family, and said NOTHING - just turned and walked back down the stairs. Multiple people who paid good money to watch the film tried to ask this family to keep the child quiet, but to no avail. When the employees of an establishment cannot be bothered to do their jobs, it shows just what kind of establishment it is. We will not return and I advise those spending more to have the RPX experience to go elsewhere. They do not care about anything other than your money.
Gigantic movie theatre. Always clean and well staffed. Love this place.
Always great to see a film at Regal's Pinnacle cinema. "Spider-Man" was a typical Marvel Comics movie.
Went to see Passengers good movie great location near interstate
Always super clean and super friendly staff. I love their "reclining" theater seats. They don't actually recline, but they have some give so that you can lean back comfortably. I will go out of my way to go to this stadium for the awesome perks. We used ATOM tickets and it was super convienant!
Like it. Usually very busy and way over-priced, like most theaters.
Regal's flagship cinema. Quality picture and sound. I go here for all my big movies!
Way too expensive and very loud inside the theatre. Not coming here again. Almost 40$ for only 2 tickets !!
Good clean theater. People are nice. Food is pricey but that's any theater. I visit here often.
Awesome experience. Good food you can eat while watching a movie with imax and surround sound. Comfortable seats. Just gotta pick a good movie and your set.
The premium video and sound make the extra difference. The screen wrapped all the way around the theater to the side walls and beyond your pherfial vision.
This was a very nice place. The cashier/waiter could have been a little more friendlier but other than that, the place was clean, seat were very comfortable and the movie was excellent!
First time in a 4DX theatre never going back to a regular cinema.
Comfortable seats with good views. I like the feature where you can pre.pick your seats.
I m wanting to come there and watch a movie, but I have a question about some tickets that I have. And I can t get anyone to answer the phone when I call. I have gone through their voice activated system then sat on the phone for an hour listening to it ring and ring and ring. If the owner views this, which I hope he does. Please answer this question. I have 2 admit one tickets that I got from a job while back that I had. I ve never used them and wanted to know how I could add them to regal unlimited. Or how I could use it where my date could be in same seating area with me. Or if I can even use them at all. Just for a standard seating. No Special effects.
