Great movies, comfortable seats, good concessions and Regal Crown Club a great perk.

Just saw Dunkirk in 70mm and it was amazing. The 70mm viewings are a rare treat that make this one of the best theaters in TN

Big selection of movies, includes small budget ones too. If you're a senior citizen you get discounted ticket price. Concession prices too high, but they are everywhere

Chicken fingers were Cold and fries SALTY unable to eat.

Need staff helping at snack bar. They were trying to keep up. The time was 1:20pm.

Horrible service at the concessions by a manager is the reason for the poor rating. Well, that & the ridiculously high ticket prices. Additionally, the service there is consistently very poor. This is supposed to be the flag ship location. I will avoid coming back.

My husband and I go to the movie weekly for date night. We always go to the movie theater in turkey creek. The staff is friendly and the movie theater is clean and well maintained.

Definitely the Premiere movie theatre in Knoxville! Always clean and enjoyable.

This theater has terrible service. My popcorn took 20 minutes. Than they got my drink wrong twice. I was given gummy worms instead of Sour Patch kids and when I asked for them to correct the mistake I was told to "deal with it". The customer service was overall terrible. I asked to see the manager and after I told him my complaints he literally pushed me out the door. I had already bought tickets, drink, popcorn, and candy and I was did not receive a refund for any of them. Terrible business with terrible service.

Big place with lots of theaters and a big concession stand.

Would be 5 but it seems as the popcorn is never fresh like the AMC theater near Peters Road.

Went to go see Fallen kingdom great moving picture. Better choice of drinks too.

Saw Shazam! In RPX as a late showing and thoroughly enjoyed the movie and experience as a whole. Regal has always worked hard to provide an awesome movie experience, especially around fathom events.

Great movie theater. Their only drawback - prices. Their prices are a bit too high for what they offer.
Ticket, popcorn, beer & candy shouldn't cost over $70 per person - but it does.
Get that price down $10 and you'll earn the 5th star.

AMC is much better, believe it or not. Regal is much higher. The points for Regal add up very slowly. The Turkey Creek theater is great though.

My favorite theater. But the claw games are rigged and a RIP off.

If there is actually something showing worth leaving your home to come out and see, this is as good as place as any to do it. Friendly staff and good management.

Long waits due to being understaffed. Trash is overflowing. My spicey chicken sandwich was still cold had to go back after sitting down to get another one. Movie was great.

Get the new D-Box seats that move with the films and I'll give you more stars!

Clean facilities. Online/app ticket process is simple and quick. Reserved seating for IMAX is great.

Beautiful location just wish they had a movie program like amc stubs...tried the 4dx and i have to say wow!!!! Well worth the extra money and an expirience we will never forget....once you see 4dx...youll be spoiled

Recently renovated!! Best movie theater in Knoxville. RPX, IMAX, 3D, and 4D options available! It even has an arcade with a slide!

Great place to go see a movie alone or with someone special!! Very comfortable seats!!

Worst theatre experience my wife & I have ever had!! Paid for the ultimate package & received the bottom of the line!! I do not recommend this theatre at all!! Redbox or Netflix & staying home is your best option if this is the only theatre choice you have.

well first of all I think the staff is very friendly and I think the front desk people are really cool. one of my friends works there and she always helps me out

We went to go see Star Wars here on the 22nd of December around 9pm, and the theater was a disaster. Popcorn and cups were everywhere on the floor, and there was spilled cola trailing down the entire back row where our seats were. Absolutely atrocious.
The bottom of my shoes were sticking to the floor when the movie was over- and I came very close to complaining to the manager. Only because I didn't want to make a scene with my friends was the reason I didn't complain.
The theater cleaners should be fired because they obviously aren't doing their job. Whoever says this theater is ALWAYS clean have no idea what's going on.

First time here, and it won't be the last, great service, really clean and the layout is really great

A great place to enjoy a good movie with friends. Clean and inviting.

Awesome place with big modern screens and seating. Great selection of movies with 18 screens. They have the RPX premium screen, IMAX screen, and as I'm writing this review they are installing a 4D screen with not just sound and video but environmental effects. Self-serve fountain machines are cool. And they have kiosks for condiments and adding as much butter to the popcorn as you want. Oh and they have beer.

Love this place. Can be expensive, but an enjoyable experience.

Overall great theater. I've viewed every type of screen they have each performed to expectation. In the early morning however start times don't seem to be exact for theaters with very few people in them. Which isn't particularly a problem especially for those schedule impaired people like myself. Staff is also generally polite and on point.

i am a little late giving a review on this but i was very disappointed in the imax theater. i paid $36 for 2 tickets and nothing was different. i hate i wasted my money to buy those tickets. i wont do that again. i'll buy regular tickets b/c atleast i know what im getting. so disappointed.

It was very nice to see that you employ disabled workers. The women taking out tickets was extremely nice and it was great to see her enjoy working! Will definitely be back.

I will never go to another theater. Their computer messed up on me & without skipping a beat the manager wasted no time handing me free tickets. Customer service at the counter was excellent. Screens & sound was excellent.

I love going to this theatre. Friendly staff keeps me coming back. Love the fact that they have security. We need that in this day and age.

This is hands-down the best movie theater in this area if not in East Tennessee. The only reason why I'm not giving them five stars is because the constant pressure to buy more when you are trying to get snacks and drinks. Not to mention the fact that you'll double or triple the cost of your movie if you buy any snacks or drinks. The movie theater is well kept and clean and the employees are knowledgeable and helpful. They have several special events per month and in the past have had stars of movies where they've been released show up for the premiere. The parking lot is easy to access from several locations whether you're coming from another store or the main road.

We have gone here several times. The seats are nice, and the popcorn is great. Usually not that crowded. Also you can buy tickets inside at a kiosk.

We are Elite Regal Crown Club Members and love our experiences at the Pinnacle. Highly recommend.

They're always very fast I'd getting you through the line and through the concessions.

This theater has nothing special about it the chairs don't recline the foods overpriced it's the same as other theaters there's nothing about it that stands out it's just your basic movie theater

This theater is always clean and roomy enough for me enjoy my movies comfortably!! Regal is ever evolving to keep up with the the demand of accommodations during your movie. They even have a frozen yogurt bar and self service drink stations for free refills at this location!! WIN!!

Great experience with 4DX but I know some people didn t like that

They have a wide range of movies playing, helpful staff, more than two concession stand lanes open (which is a good thing when you're trying to get to the movie before it starts), healthy options available would be nice, but it's not like eating is the reason we go there.

Knoxville needs to get with the times and get recliners in their movie theaters like so many other cities.

Love the place but sorry, dropping 40 dollars for a matinee movie, one beer, a medium popcorn and a small bag of twizllers..... Not a good entertainment value, in my opinion

This place is AMAZING! We got through the line and concessions quickly and the theatres are clean and not broken down and ugly. Bathrooms were actually clean too lol

I had enough points to get free popcorn but they didn't honor it cause it wasn't loaded on my regal card which THEY have to do. Seats aren't even that comfortable compared to other theaters charging about the same price. At the end of the day it was just an average movie experience.

Love the clear screens best way to watch any movie is imax!

It's probably the best theater in Knoxville for pure movie going experience. But I loathe and despise Turkey Creek, so I about this place for no fault of it's own.

I've only been to this theater twice as I don't go to the movies very often, but both experiences were pleasant. The theater was super clean inside and out, there wasn't a huge wait, and the staff was super nice.

I didn't buy anything from concessions, but the last time I went we did go to Guest Services to ask a question and the staff was really nice. The girl got a manager right away and he was very personable.

The theater was great! However the beer was depressing.

We were taken back by the new seating situation. I do not like this at all. Many times I meet friends and this means we have e to arrive e at same time and get our tickets so we can sit together. Also, should we be sitting close to chattering kids, talking adults, someone drenched in perfume, we are not free to move. In my opinion this is a terrible change.

It was a blast going to the movies there...great place to celebrate birthdayswith a big party room to rent..chairs are comfortable but do not recline...food and drinks are a tad over priced as expected at the movie theater..but an overall great experience and clean environment

The addition of the beers hate my wallet, but I cant say no. Also, the RPX option, while high in price, is tolerable because of the assigned seat service and also the sound is incredible. I love it.

Carries all the current movies in standard and many in IMAX, RPX, etc. Clean interior and comfortable seats.

We've seen so many movies at this Regal theater specifically, and the best experience is always waiting. We recently went to see Star Wars: Rise of Skywalker at this theater, and the same experience awaited. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable theater rooms, and a great time! I guarantee we'll be back to see many more movies at this theater in particular!

Expensive but...you do get what you pay for, great experience as always
