Regal Cinemas Review

I visit this theater almost every time I'm in Knoxville. It's a great theater; very clean and modern and always running the latest big movies.

I think it was better because there were not so many people on weekdays ~

Love this movie theater! It's always clean and the temperature is very comfortable. The seats are great too...I have a very bad back and they never hurt my back.

The reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is because of concession prices. It's almost $7 for a drink!!!! That's almost equivalent to the price of the ticket!!

Great theater. They recently started the selected seating (not a fan). Other than that, great place to see a movie.

Great place to watch a movie. It's clean. Very comfy seats. My only complaint is the cost of concessions which is true at most movie theatres. I always enjoy coming here.

When to the movies as they show on their website , and the movie was not playing just a mistake on the site no apology no alternative just horrible custumer service

This is my go-to movie theater. It shows pretty much everything and the service is reliable. The ticket prices are a bit inflated but it kinds of comes with the territory. There are also a wide variety of concessions beyond just the popcorn, soda, and candy. I recommend going to the first showing of the day, less traffic and lower prices.

I love regal theaters! I have the unlimited movie pass and I have been enjoying it very much!!

Great theater! I saw Alita Battle Angel in RPX or whatever it's called, and it was amazing! Great sound, great picture, great 3D! I will definitely be back here to see the next big movie release in RPX. Or whatever it's called.

Food / refreshment line is super slow... And workers are incompetent. Got there 25 min before the movie was late to my movie bc she rang up the wrong thing and "only the manager" could reset it.. then it took them almost 15 min to make a pretzel..... A pretzel.... Next time I'm bringing my own snacks

This theater brings motion picture to life! I actually heard the 2 Bros behind us say they drove over two hours just to see the movie here! And that it was so worth it. This is literally the Pinnacle of theatre experiences, no pun intended

Nice theater just everything is super expensive. They do give military discount on standard tickets which is nice but limited times available for the big Hollywood movies.

I enjoyed going there for The Force Awakens in IMAX. I've had little issues with customer service.. My only dislike is the walls in the show room are multi-colored by the screen. Not sure why, but it bothers my eyes when trying to watch the movie. I just go to Tinseltown all the time just for that one reason.

I don t know who thought assigned seats were a good idea, but it s a shame. I won t be back to this theater because of this. Seats are comfortable, sound is good, people are nice. But this just really irritated us.

Big, noisy theatre that has 12 theaters and shows a mix of movies, mostly popular and blockbuster types, except for independent movies. Seats are reserved which is different from most theatres. Busy place on Friday and Saturday nights. Seems to be run efficiently. Inside Turkey Creek. Easy to see from Parkside drive. Get a Regal card and wrack up points for free drinks and popcorn.

Can be a bit pricey for a trip to the theater, but the seats are premium, and overall movie experience is top notch.

The place is amazing. The price are fair. The food is great and they have beer! IMAX and RPX are top notch!

Quick, friendly service. Has burgers, hot dog, and other fast foods not normally sold at movie theatres. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't so expensive.

The Best Movie Theater in Knoxville: The staff are always ready to help. Their IMAX theater & sound are AWESOME! Their REGAL RPX theater is super RAD! Always see New SCI-FI films here. Very clean restrooms and overall! Lost an umbrella. Staff was helpful, kind and polite in finding it.

The new assigned seating is terrible. I went to a late show so the theatre had less than 30 people in it. There was someone in my spot. Where s the bouncer at fam. If you are going to start doing something so dumb you should have escorts that walk you directly to your seat so that they can remove people in the wrong spot. Also concessions are stupidly overpriced.

My boyfriend and I go to the movies all the time! It's our favorite thing to do whether it be dinner and a movie on the weekend or a relaxing matinee! In the past 6 years we've come to pinnacle in Turkey Creek to see a seemingly endless list of movies, (some good, some bad)

Really great staff very helpful and clean bathrooms. They welcome disable people just as friendly as everyone else. Love this Theater space is great for disabled people as well as everyone else.

This movie theater has a lot to offer first it has IMAX & RPX which are some of the best viewing experiences the food and drink are like any other movie theater overpriced besides that it is a good movie theater and highly recommend

Well it was the best experience of my life me and my childhood sweetheart now lover / husband went our 1st real date and OMG what a experience we so enjoyed the movie and each other it was a 1st for both of us thank you so much

Comfortable theater complex with lots of food options inside the gate. Sound systems in the theaters are well configured and maintained. This location accepts prepaid tickets from Atom. Just show your QR receipt at the front entrance.

regal cinemas pinnacle is awesome. ample bathrooms and clean too. movie selection is great. prices affordable.

This is a very nice theater. There's more options here than most theater's. Now they just need to get Twizzlers.

Huge glamorous type theater, bigger screens, costs more than most.

Went to see MIB: International, and it was good. We got popcorn, and it was okay. I was irritated though, because I asked for extra butter, but it didn't taste like it had any. She didn't tell me that there was butter out in the lobby to add your own, and I didn't know until after the movie, so I knocked a star off.

We went to go see Aladdin Memorial Day. If somebody had told me in 1992 that they were going to make Aladdin into a live action film I would have laughed at them. After seeing it in this awesome 4D X format, I would recommend seeing any movie as well as Aladdin it will be very memorable just as the last one was.

RPX theater is a joke! Most cramped and uncomfortable theater I have ever been to. Barely any room at all.

This is by far the best theater experience in town. My family and I go as often as we can. The customer service, and nice clean venue more than make up for the slightly more expensive prices. I look forward to many more fun movie experiences at Regal Pinnacle 18, and highly recommend it.

I've always loved this theater always so clean and so big. My kids love it so much.

I have only been here not as many times as I would have liked to over the past few years, because I usually go the Regal cinema that's located at West Town Mall. I recently earned a free movie ticket voucher the last time I donated blood for a blood drive held at their facility in downtown Knoxville, Tennessee. I got a little lost trying to find the place because it had gotten dark and I had a lot of trouble trying to read the street signs! I finally got there, parked in the back, walked 2 flights of hard stairs, went inside and up the elevator to where the blood drive was being held. I met a local DJ from one of our country stations on the radio while I was waiting to be called back. She gave me some free stuff to take with me. There was a mini package of hand sanitizing wipes, and a little jar of body butter infused with Shea butter. After I donated, I sat in a room having something to eat and drink before heading home. They always use Little Debbie and Coca Cola products in mini cans for their mobile units, but here there's a popcorn machine if you'd like a bag of it, a fridge with juices and water bottles, and a soda fountain which also has Mountain Blast Powerade in the Blue Flavor, my favorite! I had some of that, ate an oatmeal cream pie, waited about 10-15 minutes, then I left.

If I could get some compt tickets for my poor movie experience I'd change my rating to five stars it's a good theater j just had a poor time due to events that happened.

If you can see a movie here over anywhere else you have made a great choice. They always have friendly staff, clean theater, lots of space between aisles, great restrooms, and the seats are comfortable. This is the first place I look for the newest movies because of how many show times are avalible.

We don't live in the area but when the big movies come out this is where we go and it's well worth the 1hr drive to get too over our local theater.
