Regal Cinemas Review

Great local theatre with friendly staff. I would say a bit overpriced though.

I lost my wallet there and the manager went out of her way to see that I got it back, she said she sees us in there all the time so when it was going to be trashed she saved it for me. Next time we walked in she said, "I think I've got something you might want..."
Super fun place to see movies and the staff is wonderful!

Nice & clean theater. The regular viewing theaters could use more handicap seating but luckily people have always been kind enough to move before we even ask. There could be more 2 seats than wheelchair spots.

Everything is super expensive but they have large servings so it kind of makes sense

So let me get this straight, now I have to reserve seats to go to the theater?? And if i do it online they charge a "convenience fee". So if I wanted to go see a movie, I have to think about it far in advance, stop by the theater way in advance to purchase my tickets to avoid a "convenience fee", then come back to finally see the movie in a theater at a later time. I don't want to be forced to sit next to strangers. How do they think this is better for their consumers? What makes them think this is a viable business model? Any theater that goes to this model of business will never get my business.

A very nice theater. I believe this is one of Regal's flagships as they are HQ'd in the area. Prices may be higher than other chains. Sound, seating and bathroom access is good. Refills on some drinks available.

Didn't like picking my seat before I got in theater. Needed to sit where there was no steps. But want told I could. Said I had to climb steps. Handicap seats were all empty.

Ok experience. More expensive than my usual theater and seats not as comfortable. Concessions more expensive as well. Obviously serves a more affluent, upscale clientele with deeper pockets.

I absolutely cannot believe corporate switched to Pepsi account. After so many years of being Coca-Cola a account they have fallen to Pepsi s buy out scheme. The only way Pepsi can get in to major facilities is to buy them. Come on Regal corporate. Prove me wrong and start a survey for which product your customers actually like better.

While we enjoyed 4DX experience as well as the movie itself I'm not sure it was worth $36 for two tickets. Still though, there will be a lot of people find this experience well worth it. The seat moves with the show as well as other effects such as gushing air, sprays of water (which you can turn off), and most interestingly, small kicks to the back during the fight scenes. The audio quality in the room was astounding and of course the video was beautiful as well. We watch the movie Gemini with Will Smith which was one of his better movies. We certainly will return to this theater.

Watching the 50th Anniversary showing of Hello Dolly. It was fabulous.

Very clean, awesome staff, very comfortable auditoriums.

Going to the movies sure has changed! I mostly stay home & rent movies. So I was surprised when my mom & I had to pay $9 each at a matinee. The staff wasn't unpleasant, but not overly friendly, either. I guess that is the trend these days. That is one of the reasons I stay home & rent movies.

Really cool theater!!! Love the IMAX! Wish they had the comfy seats that lie back!

Need to put more butter and salt on the popcorn. But Toy Story 4 was a very good movie.

The pinnacle is my favorite theater! Their regular screens are bigger than most and the IMAX is just awesome! This place is always clean and worth the money and drive (we live a ways away) to come here over any other theater. Regal has a nice rewards program also.

One of Regal Entertainment's newer theaters in the Knoxville market. It's clean, up to date and offers plenty of theaters for moviegoers.

From what I can tell it's a pretty good theater! Yep it's way overpriced on food and drink but their rewards card is pretty good. I think it gives you a free popcorn and maybe a drink when you get the free card. The movie quality is good and the staff don't seem to have a thing appearance like some places that ask to see your ticket and I.D. and stuff.

It's my time with my grandson there it's always very clean

Place is always clean and staff friendly. They always have Closed Captioning glasses available for my gf for every single movie they play.
