My partner and I hired 2 x Red Routemaster buses for our wedding this month and we're so glad we did. Not only are the buses in excellent condition and great for photos, but David Lee is a great communicator and he and his team went out of their way to make sure we had a fantastic day.

We had one issue with a typo on one of the bus blinds, but David immediately refunded the cost of the blind and sent us the correct one for free to apologise. This was really appreciated.

We would highly recommend the team at London Bus 4 Hire and hope to one day find an excuse to use them again!

Unfortunately have to post a negative review. The 1 star is based on their service before and after the day of hire, however on the day of hire it was a disaster - the bus was 45 minutes late arriving, the driver rude and aggressive, and we have no idea what purpose the conductor served. All our pre-planning seemed to have been ignored as they were massively late, went to the wrong pick up address, and had no information on the tour we had mapped out. If we had received a call saying the bus was late we could have managed - instead the person I spoke to on numerous occasions kept telling me the bus was only a few minutes away, meaning we kept 70+ guests waiting outside. On my own wedding day this was an issue that could have been easily avoided. No apology was received from anyone on the day, although I will note that Rory was excellent to deal with in the days following. All in all however, a really disappointing experience that threw out our timings for the rest of the day - fortunately, we had an excellent venue to go to that showed what true customer service looks like given how well they accommodated our lateness.
