Santos USA Construction is absolutely fantastic. They replaced the pavers in my courtyard and back lanai with marble pavers. They also sealed my driveway. From the moment I walked into the showroom, to when Junior came to give me a quote, to when the workers laid the stone, the project was flawless. Their work is precise and impeccable. They show up on time and follow through on every promise. I can't recommend them highly enough. The projects were an absolute pleasure from start to finish!!!

Santos recently laid travertine at my home. The work was done efficiently,professionally in a timely manner. My concerns were answered with "Don't worry we will make it look good" and that is exactly what happened. I would recommend this company without reservation

UPDATE: I have submitted the amazing packet provided by Junior to my HOA. The irony is that I wish my HOA was half as responsive as Santos Construction. Will keep updating as needed.

UPDATE: TOTALLY AMAZED! Met with a Santos Construction Rep (Co-owner) very knowledgeable and courteous individual, talked me through the whole process and provided a very reasonable estimate. From what I see from this firm is that they will bend over backwards to make the customer happy. I think that this is the normal culture of the firm, I don't feel they are being so nice due to my post or comments. So far the are blowing me away with their product and service.

FLASH UPDATE: I was just called by a very courteous gentleman from Santos Construction, we agreed to reschedule my appointment. We will see what happens. Change my rating to 3 stars from 1 star.

I scheduled an appointment with this firm for an estimate to pave my driveway, walkway, foyer and walkway to my pool area. I was extremely excited, took time off and rescheduled other appointments to be present. MY APPOINTMENT WAS A DISAPPOINTMENT RATHER THAN AN APPOINTMENT, SANTOS CONSTRUCTION WAS A NO SHOW, NO ONE CALLED TO INFORM ME OF A SCHEDULING ISSUES, NOTHING, NADA, ZILCH. So I call them to see what was going, spoke two (I have to give them credit very nice ladies) but when I called to inquire, NO ONE CALLS BACK AS THEY SAY THEY WOULD. I'm a baffled because online they seem to be a good reputable company or is it all a ploy to get you committed then everything from there is down hill. I'm on the fence whether to give them a second chance.

Santos USA Construction did the brick pavers for our home. They did a fantastic job. They showed up on time, did great work, worked in a timely manner, and completed the job earlier than expected. I have nothing but great things to say about them! I would recommend them to anyone who needs any home improvement project done.

I needed my driveway repaired and they took care of the job in a timely manner with my complete satisfaction. From my initial telephone call, through printed estimates, and their arrival on time, I was and am exceedingly pleased to have found them and employed their services.

I highly recommend this company! I went in with my parents and we loved the pavers showroom! Plus they were very nice and did a great job on our pool deck. We loved the results!

Set up an appt with them as im redoing a condo, even called in the AM to follow up. No one showed or called. What a joke

The project was completed in one day and in a timely manner. Very satisfied with the final product and the workers were very courteous and clean up the area prior to leaving. Would definitely use Santos Construction for my next project. The cost for this project was very competitive.

I just want to take my time to thank this company for the great work they did to our house. We have dealt with different paver projects in the past with different houses but we were looking for someone different to do our pool deck and they blew us away with their professionalism and attention to detail. They really made us feel like we were the only project they had to focus on. We highly recommend them. 5 star all day long!!!!
