I like the way they wash Kaleigh and cut her hair. She smelled so good when I picked her up. Next time no bows because they got tangled up in her hair

Have used these ladies for a long time. Groomers come and go but they consistently provide good service and my two cockers enjoy being there. Good job

Used pet crazy years ago, under other management, went today for convenience & because my 2 babies needed it quickly with the temps that have hit us; they did a great job, very pleased with the grooming as well as them only having to stay less than 4 hours; they get nervous enough with grooming, the quicker I can get them back the better! Thank you Pet Crazy for great services on both!

I have been taking 6 different dogs there over the course of 10 years and have never had any complaints. The groomers there are fantastic.

I tried them several times they are professional and I advised my family and friends to deal with them I'm so happy they are good quality and they came on time they are honest and very clean anybody have a pet I advise to to try it's worth it

I started taking my dogs to this groomer years ago. In 2009 to be exact! Today 03/24/18 will be the last day my dogs go to Pet Crazy! My dogs absolutely love this place but unforunately today my mom had to go back and pick my two dogs up. They were on the maintenance program which allows you to bring your dog every 2 weeks and my mom happened to go out of town for a cruise. She advised them that she would be going on a cruise and wouldn t be able to make it on the 17th. My dogs last went to the groomer on 3/03/18 but that wasn t written in their book. They showed that my dog was last at the groomer on 2/24/18 which is over a month. My dogs never go a whole month without going to the groomer. but today, they wanted to charge $70 because one of the ladies said it s been over a month which is incorrect. I am completely furious, and disappointed that PET CRAZY would make a big mistake like this. After so many years I m now forced to find my dogs a new groomer in the area because of someone else mistake, and over an incorrect fee of $70... I m sure it s going to hurt my dogs having to get use to another groomer more than it will hurt our family. Thank you to the other sweet ladies who have loved on my babies for years. The only reason I m giving a 1 star is because of YOU! Words can t explain how disappointed I am right now.

I TRIED THEM OUT WITH MY FRENCHIE....WHEN I RECEIVED HER BACK...SHE WAS NOT SHAKING AND WAS VERY CALM! THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB WITH HER BATH, NAIL TRIMMING AND EAR CLEANING! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE AND WILL BE CONTINUING BUSINESS WITH THEM!

When I took my standard schnauzer in for her 2nd grooming appointment with Pet Crazy, I told the groomers there that she had just recently been boarded and had some mats in her beard and that it would be ok if they had to cut her beard a little shorter than normal. I received a call that my dog was ready to be picked up and was also told that she was very anxious and was being difficult during the grooming so they didn t get to do a good job on her back legs. I said that would be ok. The hair on her legs wasn t too long to begin with and could go for a little longer before being trimmed up again. When I picked up my her up, I was shocked! Her beard was completely gone and the groomer only trimmed 1 front leg and half of one of her back legs. They completely BUTCHERED her haircut!!! She looks horrible. The lady who runs the shop wouldn t even come out from behind the wall to talk to me face to face. She was telling the girl who was taking my payment what to say about the reasons for the bad cut. I wish I could post pics to show everyone what they did to my dog. I am so disappointed. To top it off, they still charged $55!!!! (I was told it was because they bathed her) I WILL NEVER TAKE MY PETS TO THEM AGAIN!

Been using them 10+ years. Dee and the other staff are great!!!
