Overall the experience was unpleasant. Slow service - waitress was nice but the communication between the waitress and the kitchen seemed nonexistent, messed up two of our orders. As nice as our waitress was she was pretty nonexistent herself, only saw her a couple times from beginning to end and never checked back with us to see how the order was, even at time of payment. Also, the bathrooms were disgusting - paper all over ther floor, floors were sticky and gross and the whole restroom smelled saturated in pee - so they obviously don't bother to clean their restrooms very often. I know it's a chain restaurant and honestly if it weren't for my kids I'd never set foot in their restaurant but I've had much better service at other Red Robin's, so I know it can be achieved. Overpriced food, bad service and cleanliness issues. Bummer.
