As a parent staple and go to restaurant for kids, I've been going to Red Robin for over 10 years. Most of the Red Robin restaurants have gone downhill in terms of time waiting, cleanliness, food quality, and wait staff which has stopped us from returning. This Red Robin has good food, pretty clean, but most importantly they have great customer service and could teach a thing or two to the restaurants up north.
