Had a very negative interaction with Robert K. Scott from this company. Response was very rude (literally said "Yes, there is a broker fee. Do you get paid in your job? Deal breaker") when I asked if the broker fee was to the tenant or landlord when inquiring about a property. I'd recommend anyone else honestly.
