Dear HR Head, This is to inform you that,we are very much annoyed with your so called telecaller. She dnt know to how to speak in cell phone to job seekers. Today at 12:08 pm she call me and ask me that " calling from Alenam Technologies, are you comfortable in English? i said no and she cut the phone call without any permission or regards. Not only that she cant received any phone call she cut my phone call several times since last two weeks. I have received from you through sms that call the cell no, but i think she marked my phone call and cut my call all the time . She also do not want to tell her Name when i repeatedly ask her name she told me my name is Alenam Technologies. Her behavior is so rude and she think she is superior, where as doing the D grade job of any company like telecaller. If you dont change this lady we will take next step. Its a very bad BPO in kolkata. Plz boys n girls kindly don't work there. They will never pay you salary in time. Fully fraud they are and too running a scam process.
