I know alot of People cant help having to get a property with Trivallis due to homelessness in the RCT. But honestly dont even bother. I have been here over 2 years and have had to deal with Multiple problems with my flat that I have had for 15 months...still not resolved!! One being a 2x2m hole in my kitchen ceiling with a roof leak on top of that. They dont care about their tenants they only care for getting Money out of people on UC paying their rent. I hsvent had a working boiler for 6 months also but they dont care, They act all good for the community by opening posh OAP homes and stuff but thats just a coverup for the lack of concern for everyone else that their receivibg DSS for lmao Wish I was never a part of Trivallis housing because its all headaches and shoddy correspondence! Get me TF out of here!!!

We've had our disputes in the past however have always been patient, clearly spoken and informative when I've not been in a good place and verbally harsh during a bad time. I appreciate what Trivallis have done for me during my troubled years and my neighbourhood manager, Lisa is an absolute legend. I've learned that to gain a positive experience you must give the same back. And trivallis have given me the skills and confidence to achieve much better in many situations that would normally end in disaster for me. Thank you Trivallis xx

Worst housing association locally. Very money focused and often more expensive than renting privately. We had issues with antisocial neighbours (agression, property damage etc) and they claimed they never heard anything about it despite us More
They don't care about their tenants at all. they only know how to criticise tenants, Had a problem with the electricity meter since 9am i only had to switch one button on and they made me wait til 7pm. All meters are locked in the cupboard. Rang Trivallis 20 times. told me 3 different stories, 1) that the caretaker will come and open it for me. then i find out after 3 hours of waiting that he's on a holiday for a week. Then they tell me at 2pm that LCB will come and open it. waiting another 4 hours rang them they said that it hasnt been logged in their system. waited another hour then they finally came. and it was a 10 second job from waiting 10 hours. Literally opened the cupboard pressed one button and thats it. absolutely time wasters!!!!
So many bad things about Trivalis. Firstly they recommend to Home Finder we be removed from register. We were looking for a bigger property as we have disabled children. However they don't care.
Repairs take an eternity these days, got on going issues that are outstanding by weeks and months.
Talking of repairs phoning emergency repair OOH. Been on hold for 30mins still nothing.
Time to dock rent and maybe give one of their famous 'charge back' through the courses.
Have had to make a official complaint for persistent negligence of repairs to the house. Waited over 5 weeks for a repair and still getting fobbed off. Always tell I will TRY and get hold of somebody for you.it never happens unless you keep foning.
If you could get someone to respond to your emails it would be a big help . Horrendous only good thing on Trevallis are the ladies answering phones. Management waste of time.
What can I say! Trivallis is the best housing association I have ever lived with. The staff team are absolutely brilliant, nothing is too much for them, they go that extra mile. I have found every member polite friendly and efficient. The customer service team, the business team are good too. We have a brilliant neighbourhood manager, really helpful friendly and professional. There are people in the background that are really good too. We have been residents for a little over four years and have lived in two of their properties. They are clean and we'll looked after double glazed gas central heating system. Up to date kitchen and bathroom and very secure. They are lovely. The neighbourhood is second to none, outstanding! We have, along with all the residents on the complex, brand new private gardens, turfed and patio. We are so lucky living with this association. I cannot reccomend this housing association enough
Very bad management very bad attitude you can see these workers have been brought in by friends shameless company. Also some of the out door workers need testing working with hangovers im guessing.
Since new bin enclosures have been erected a mountain of trash and recycling bags have been left to pile up. All well and good putting up signs about non existing CCTV. The smell from waste is disgusting. It is symbolic of the company.
Well I have too say 2 lovely young men called Nathan Hutchinson and Nathan Jones worked so hard at 25 Marshfeild Court they are both a creat too travails

Still waiting on a boiler pressure vessel since january! It's now nearing end September. As a lady with mental health illness and physical disabilities legs etc I find them very discriminative and in need of training and understanding. Workmanship is appalling. All works should be inspected!!!! They have a marker on my home!??? For years now old and this address, I received a letter last year complaint was taken off and no more 2 man calls leaving me feeling g intimidated....however today a letter stating keeping marker on!!! Be ri g my mp and cmht social worker tmrw
Bins are left for quite some time before being picked up. They 're quick enough to take your rent etc but not so quick to help fast enough for any general enquires. You have the odd employee of trivallis that is committed to doing they're best for you. But overall the firm them self aren't the greatest."
Fantastic friendly and understanding housing association that cater for tenants with all kinds of needs!. They literally have an assistance service for any and every issue you may encounter with housing needs. They're always on hand to help and leave you feeling confident and assured all your housing matters are resolved!. With Trivallis you can rest assured that your in the safe hands of understanding staff from a brilliant housing association!.
Good if you are desperate and can't afford a deposit or bond on a private place. The majority of priorities suffer with damp and mould. The decorating is poor and some areas they have properties are rough!
Most of their properties stink, you get the odd couple which are show flats or have been looked after by the previous owners. One of the most misleading and unfaithful companies about. Don't ever consider volunteering for these, your honestly better off getting a local newspaper round. They state you 'could' get a contract with them after a six month period volunteering, although this is not the case. They tend to lead people on, and drop you quicker than they signed you up. There are contacts although their limited and their normally given away to the old peeps. You could be there for six months working your arse off and they could turn around and give someone a job within a few weeks. Not on the amount of work they do but favouritism. Alot of the team leaders like to sit back and watch the volunteers work, don't get me wrong, there are a few hard working heads there, although the rest just like to stroll along and watch the volunteers build their bank. Then they wonder why their standards are not as expected, coincidence ey. People volunteer with high expectations of the place and then get let down. Im not sure how many lads I've met who have wasted their time working with there. You got the keyboard warriors tapping away at their desks, contact managers ect although they don't see any of the effort you put into the work your helping the company with. All in all don't go taking a Trivallis property, it's most proberly got rats running beneath the floor boards and when you open the boiler closet there's probably going to be a few bats chilling out in there too. All jokes aside though, definitely do not volunteer or consider working for these because your just wasting your time. Go get yourself a proper job.
After being on a waiting list from 2015 I was sent a letter in 2018 asking if I would still like to rent a garage and that if I did not respond I would be removed from the list. However we are now 8 months into 2019 and over 4 years later I have still not been offered a garage. Nor have I received a letter to give acknowledgement that they received the form I had to fill out in 2018.
Absolutely useless landlords they do not care about any of their Tenants. Don't care about their health or well being. Almost 4 years of constant noise from neighbours and no real help from Trivilis just get told to basically get used to the noise as it s normal to hear neighbours talk clearly through walls, to hear their Tv s or Music blasting all day and or move but they won t help you move your basically on your own to deal with the noise and anti social neighbours
Wouldn't recommend these to anyone. Not solved any of the problems that I have had with other neighbours, been told what gets said is confidential but 2 different neighbourhood managers have told my business to other people who live in my street. Beyond a joke. Avoid if possible
Real with things pretty quickly boiler etc, but waiting for repair on back wall to be completed and also the front fence still needs to be clearer and renewed
To get a repair is hit and miss. Had a months delay when moved in as the heating system wasn't installed. There were other problems that did get done fairly quickly. Lately, this is not the case. They have failed to answer emails, including trying to contact the rent department as I have a new award and need to change details. ? Am sending a recorded letter now.
Was ment to move in a property 2 weeks ago and still haven't even furnished my flat and should of done it way before i viewed the property!! Im now in my previous home me no gas ect... Due to this matter takin the piss mun
I am autistic with bad anxiety and poor health and had to downsize and was moved to the worst area for someone with my condition,was told it's "nice and quiet here" by the housing officer when I asked what the street was like as I am vulnerable adult,before signing for the house.Living here I have had bricks and stones thrown at the house and the side fence vandalised by teenagers who also like to sit on the wall right in front of my living room window smoking joints and leaving rubbish.Whats funny is they portray themselves as supporting people like me in their magazine and state they take anti-social behavior serious,no they don't.
Trivallis is the housing association which meets your housing needs. I'm so glad to rent with Trivallis as they provide high quality services and your money supports other housing projects they run. Trivallis does repair in your home with no extra cost. Highly recommended to workers and families.
My wife rang this morning again for the 12th time in 3 weeks regarding getting our bathroom/shower room completed. We require to use the shower daily due to disabilitys and my son also requires to use it up to 4 times a day due to his needs he's epileptic and Autistic and incontinent, Water calms him when he's stressed. We was originally told it would be completed within 3 days as they understand that it's priority due to our son. There has been 1 problem after another. Travallis claiming they have completed the job but when the flooring company came out they can't fit the flooring as the work is not completed. It's just back and for now for past 3 weeks, to be told we looking at another 4 to 6 weeks until it's complete as they need to raise a new ticket and start the process all over again. This is not acceptable we can't go another 4 to 6 weeks just using wet wipes to clean our son and just using the sink to wash yourself and our hair. To say the least I am very, very dispointed and upset with the services we have recived!
Many residents in the uk have some miner annoyances with there landlords/landlord agencies. With this said very few could beat trivallis in lazyness and incompetence. On many occasions while renting one of their property's I come to expect as they call 'minor inconveniences' such as a building wide fire alarm for a block of flats that was set off taking over 2hours for an engineer to be sent to restart the system that on arrive was not trained on the system installed. This incident was started around 8pm finaly resloved after many calls from residents around 11:30pm. (side not to this trivallis where also awaire that there was a 4 year old child outside in the cold and rain during this incident) A short note on there customer service. Not worth waisting your breath. They will alway send you to a different company if you have any problems even if they are no longer connected by trivallis
Been waiting for bathroom for 3 years. Painted it and the paint come off revealing the rust again which my son has hurt himself in again!!! The tiles are falling apart. Yet other people get EVERYTHING!!!! Had phone call would I recommend them. No!! No!! No!!!
Trivallis are a SLUMLORD. My son and daughter in law live in a Trivallis property and have been without hot water and heating for over a week with 2 babies at home after the boiler broke down. It's the middle of Winter. They just don't care about their tenants. The complaint has now been escalated to the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales. They are a disgrace.
