What can I say! Trivallis is the best housing association I have ever lived with. The staff team are absolutely brilliant, nothing is too much for them, they go that extra mile. I have found every member polite friendly and efficient. The customer service team, the business team are good too. We have a brilliant neighbourhood manager, really helpful friendly and professional. There are people in the background that are really good too.
We have been residents for a little over four years and have lived in two of their properties. They are clean and we'll looked after double glazed gas central heating system. Up to date kitchen and bathroom and very secure. They are lovely. The neighbourhood is second to none, outstanding! We have, along with all the residents on the complex, brand new private gardens, turfed and patio. We are so lucky living with this association.
