We've had our disputes in the past however have always been patient, clearly spoken and informative when I've not been in a good place and verbally harsh during a bad time.
I appreciate what Trivallis have done for me during my troubled years and my neighbourhood manager, Lisa is an absolute legend.
I've learned that to gain a positive experience you must give the same back. And trivallis have given me the skills and confidence to achieve much better in many situations that would normally end in disaster for me.
